Wie ich paar schlechte Bewertung hier sehe kann ich mir null vorstellen, weil ich gehe seit vielen Jahren mit meiner Familie oft hier Restaurant essen, die Leute dort Arbeiten sind super nett, machen ihren tollen Job, essen u. Getränke sind der Klasse. Es gibt nichts was ich als schlechtes sehe.. ich gehe gerne zu diesen tollen Griechen Restaurant das beste was es gibt. ＜3333

Insgesamt sehr, sehr schlechter Kunden-Umgang / Kunden-Service / sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Sofern man telefonisch jemanden erreicht: Scheinbar ist die ältere Frau, am Telefon / an der Rezeption, die Senior-Chefin. Die kommunikation ist, sowohl am Telefon als auch vor Ort: Gestresst und unfreundlich. Zudem scheint Sie nicht immer zu verstehen was man möchte! Der Preis den sie mir per Mail geschrieben hatte sollte dann vor Ort nicht mehr gelten. Parken: Kompliziertes finden des rückwertigen Parkplatzes. Zimmer: trotz Seitenlage, im hinteren Gebäudeteil, sehr laut - die gesamte Nacht! Minimalistischer geht es von der Einrichtung kaum. Keine Nachttisch-Lampen und eine sehr grelle Deckenlampe. Zudem dreckige Gardinen. Frühstücks-Buffet: okay Ich hatte das Komfort-Zimmer gebucht - möchte mir nicht ausmalen wie das Standard-Zimmer ist.

Dienstleister sollten sich im Klaren sein dass Sie die Leistung erbringen. Es kann nicht sein, dass man bei Ankunft mit den Worten: Sie sind zu früh Check in ist erst ab 15.00 Uhr. Gehen Sie wieder! Das Restaurant öffnet um 17.00 Uhr. Es hat in der Nähe eine Bäckerei.
