We found this great little hotel in Neu Wulmstorf and were very happy to have found such a beautiful and tasteful establishment. The rooms are spacious, very nicely furnished and absolutely clean. Although our room faced the main road, we didn't notice anything from the road thanks to the double-glazed windows. There is a small Nespresso machine in the room so you can make yourself a coffee in the morning and enjoy it in bed. The bathroom is also well laid out. The shower with glass doors is large and no water runs out when you shower - which is unfortunately often the case in many hotels. The staff are very accommodating, polite and helpful. Since our relatives live nearby, we will definitely visit this pleasant hotel more often.

The good first: clean and well-maintained as it is still very new, windows very soundproof (right on a four-lane road), parking spaces available, large empty minibar. Not so good: rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors and can only be reached via a narrow, steep staircase, minibar quite loud, floors are not consistently cleaned right down to the corners. All in all, a good stay!

We kozen voor dit hotel voor één nacht als tussenstop voor een trip naar Denemarken. Qua prijs kwaliteit is dit hotel ok, maar jammerlijk genoeg leggen de uitbaters meer accent op hun restaurant dan hun hotel waardoor je je een beetje in de steek gelaten voelt. Behalve dat het comfort van de bedden wat tegenvalt is het hotel wel in orde en verzorgd, maar ontbijt konden we er niet krijgen (omdat het personeel zelf met verlof was). Het eten in het restaurant is ok, maar eerder duur (vooral de drank) en de bediening is enorm traag. Op een (flinke) loopafstand van het hotel heb je een station met een trein die je tweemaal per uur naar Hamburg brengt wat een dagtrip daarheen gemakkelijk maakt.
