The hotel is located in an industrial park in Neu Isenburg. There are few surrounding facilities, there is not much to visit, and there are few restaurants. If you don't have a car, it is not recommended to live here. The hotel breakfast is very monotonous, not suitable for the Chinese stomach. Because the rooms are tight during the Frankfurt exhibition, it is better to book the city early if possible.

Since there is a car, it doesn't matter where you live. The hotel is not luxurious, but it is enough. It is as clean as a German 99 [%] hotel and the reception is not bad. Parking spaces can be found on the street. We recommend.

The hotel was very professional, clean and helpful. It was my first visit to Germany and loved my stay. The staff helped with my adventures after work!!! Awesome staff!!! The breakfast was delicious! They helped with language barrier too!

Great service by Mr. Vijay Kapoor. My daughter was stranded very late in the evening in Frankfurt Airport (canceled Lufthansa flights) and I had to find a hotel room near the airport. I could book a room at Hotel Garni Sauer and after telephone contact with Mr Vijay, he provided the key-code for the entrance. Also he made a taxi-reservation for my daughter for 04:30 h. in the morning, so she could get early to the airport again. The hotel itself was a good place to stay according to my daughter
