Never again, not recommendable! Business room booked, room received. Dust, flat flat tape floor, defect window, no water in the first hours. 3 days no room cleaning, handdoe change with the note; put it on the floor, then it is also changed. Great, the other morning we were allowed to continue using the handdoees used from the floor. Breakfast buffet just enough for a diet, no covered tables, pick up coffee on the pump can, depending on a variety of rubber bread and bread. Butter from the matching clumps, alternative: Margarine packed. 2-3 Variety sauce, 2 Variety cheese. The insect took forever. That was a sparkling beer, a roughly broken beer, which decorated the ground on several square meters of the breakfast room. There was no need for feen, you knew that the sherves were there. A dinner buffet; meat-sort puzzles of the hotel guests, the other foods partly ineatable, because papay, gray, undefinable. Also here the afternoon is a luck thing. I apologised to the upcoming guests when I was shamling the last (I believe) meat ball. On the 3rd buffet evening everything was cold. The excuse for the friendly young, but absolutely over-explored staff was: the boss is shopping (Saturday night) and has forgotten to light the spirit burners. Now it was enough. We've left this silly ”box” early. Never again ”Grefrather Hof” !

We stayed here from Friday 9 to Sunday 11 December. We had a arrangement with 2 nights, 2 times breakfast and 1 times a 2-gangendiner. It was a fast dinner. Unfortunately I didn't like it, but they offered a great alternative. My wife had a fast dinner, the dinner was delicious, breakfast was good, very friendly staff, the hotel is just in front of Venlo station. The only disadvantage I found was that the room was a bit obeyed and that the bathroom came to be white after the shower.

Never again, not recommendable! Business room booked, room received. Dust, flat flat tape floor, defect window, no water in the first hours. 3 days no room cleaning, handdoe change with the note; put it on the floor, then it is also changed. Great, the other morning we were allowed to continue using the handdoees used from the floor. Breakfast buffet just enough for a diet, no covered tables, pick up coffee on the pump can, depending on a variety of rubber bread and bread. Butter from the matching clumps, alternative: Margarine packed. 2-3 Variety sauce, 2 Variety cheese. The insect took forever. That was a sparkling beer, a roughly broken beer, which decorated the ground on several square meters of the breakfast room. There was no need for feen, you knew that the sherves were there. A dinner buffet; meat-sort puzzles of the hotel guests, the other foods partly ineatable, because papay, gray, undefinable. Also here the afternoon is a luck thing. I apologised to the upcoming guests when I was shamling the last (I believe) meat ball. On the 3rd buffet evening everything was cold. The excuse for the friendly young, but absolutely over-explored staff was: the boss is shopping (Saturday night) and has forgotten to light the spirit burners. Now it was enough. We've left this silly ”box” early. Never again ”Grefrather Hof” !
