We celebrated an important family event at the hotel. The hotel itself and the rooms, the food and the facilities are very high quality and very pampering. The view of the coastline is great. The hotel staff is professional, helpful and available and responds to any need and request that may arise. Highly recommended.

Pilgrimage began here from Tel Aviv airport via bus. Lovely, relaxing pool. Many buffet choices for the pilgrims, with limited bar. Extraordinary views of the Mediterranean. Some additional services around corner and down some steps that we wish we would have known about.

Start with the positive: if you get a balcony facing the ocean, it’s a great view. I wish I could say more nice things, but my wife and I did not have a great stay here. The photos do not match the room, as all the furniture is worn down and scuffed. The safe didn’t work properly and couldn’t be fixed. Food was not good, and the elevators were always incredibly slow. The value was definitely off- it was very expensive and did not meet the expectation. However, what really made this a poor experience was the staff- we decided to leave early and wanted to know if we would get a partial refund for the days we we had paid for in advance but weren’t going to use. Apparently only the manager had this information, and for 5 straight days the manager was unavailable. Every time I called, they promised they would tell the manager, and each day I called back they seemed to have no record of my previous conversations. Incredibly frustrating experience, and fairly representative of how subpar I thought the service was. Would not recommend staying here.

Stayed here one night at beginning of trip to Israel. Accommodations nice and comfortable. Elevators a problem because so many travelers trying to use them during same hours. Frustrating. Breakfast buffet amazing with something for all tastes and dietary needs. Excellent cappuccinos, too!

Avoid this hotel like your life depends on it. After a week here I need a holiday. The loud music from the pool blades into our room from 9am till 6pm. I tried complaing for 3 days. The answer was the people are "chilling". I heard many others complaing. When my husband and I said we are canceling another week they insisted we have to pay eventhough we will not be there. The furniture is all old white plastic. The place isn't clean and there is NO access to the beach. None. The dining room is in the basement. Having loud music blasting into your room when you don't want it is a form of mental and emotional abuse. That's what the "Island Hotel" does. Abuses it's "guests"

Great place very modern rooms. Service is above expectations. Parking could be better, however, consider anything around it is not bad. Food service is not available here, except for breakfast, but there are plenty of restaurants on the same plaza.

We have a beautiful room with many flaws. We had to make AT LEAST 3 requests to have the shower fixed - still not right. 3 calls on A/C - finally someone came to the room. Elevators so slow. Too bad ... it could have been wonderful.

Excellent choice, great room and breakfast, staff amazing, views from the room were breath taking and I highly recommend this hotel Parking was included The pool was not available during winter months
