Probably will net be enough to write everything I would not say it’s Hotel We had reservation for 3 nights Sunday - Wednesday Rooms are terrible!!!! We changed 3 rooms the 4th one was the best option from all the worse rooms Mold, not clean , AC was not working for a full day !!!! Room maintenance is Zero !!!! Even I would say below Zero Room Cleaning is Bad I saw the lady dragging the dirt all the room to the front door and pushing it to the front door carpet !!!! They gave us Pool towels When calling from the room , no one answered We had to go down to the front desk My wife try so many times to get someone attention to solve issues But without any luck Until The “ Vice General Manger”agreed and had time to talk to her Even then , like we say “ Good luck “ Shortly Stay away from this hotel Pay more and go to real Hotel not Hostel !

Me and my wife scheduled one night between Friday to Saturday at October. We planned to have a quiet and relief vacation but unfortunately it wasn't.. First there are a lot of weird sounds inside the room.. Second,at the swimming pool we practically didn't have any chance to have a moment of quiet: Noises and loud screaming of child dangerous playing of little children in front of the lifeguard(which basically was half of the time busy talking with his friends outside the pool). The climax was an unrespectable behivor that I won't describe in that platform. Breakfast was good enough.. Service was also good.. The nearest beach was close due maintenance. I won't come back to the hotel..it seems that they prefer to have big families instead of couples..

I stayed with a very large group for 3 nights in the hotel The group did all the arranging and check in and organization so We had no contact with the hotel staff The suites are a nice size .A bit worn if you look at them but the room was comfortable and the massive balcony with sea view was stunning They managed to feed everyone nicely The food was generally good Breakfast was good although We couldnt find any yogurts But there was everything else and omlette station .Dinner and lunch had something for everyone .No complaints there .We left our room after breakfast on the last day and at 13.00 when we were actually leaving the hotel I realized I had left a bag of childrens clothes in the room I went to the front desk who made 1 phonecall to security and after left me standing 30 minutes with no help After 30 minutes I asked what I should do and they sent me to the offices where a senior employee asked why I was there .Took my details on a tiny note pad amonst lots of mess and promised to contact me .After 28 hours and until now 3 days later no one contacted me 0 guest services .But I phoned the day after .spoke with security who had the bag and sent someone to collect it .In my case and the hotel knew the group I was with in the hotel . The bag belonged to a 2.5 year old who had lost his father recently and the Batman Tshirt I needed and Sonic Tshirt meant a lot to him .A very pleasant stay was let down by a small problem That no one cared about

We stayed at the hotel in April when it is not a high season. The Ramada Netanyah hotel itself is very nice with the great location and view. It’s just opposite the beach. Panorama on the 5th floor and higher is gorgeous! Among the positive things I would also add the personnel’s willingness to help. However, the amount of negative things is prevailing. 1) We were told that the room is ready and we can check-in but it was rather unclean. Renovation is needed. 2) Insects in the kitchen (cockroaches) 3) Dirty pool - it seems that they don’t know how to clean the bottom 4) Dirty windows in the room 5) Small parking area 6) Open pool area is so weirdly constructed - the hotel itself shields the pool from sun therefore it’s rather cold to stay there after 14:00. It makes you so angry. 7) Pool water is very cold (very common to the majority of hotels in Israel) 8) Mass with room booking. I witnessed the situation when a couple (late night check in) was sent to the room where another couple was sleeping. You can imagine the situation when you sleep in a room in another country that is being entered by other people. And after that the security comes up asking why you are sleeping there because the room should be empty according to their system. I would sincerely ask the hotel management to make changes into their system, and make the standards higher and client-oriented.

Like a good old Veteran, has miles of serice behind it and you see the years on it. Location and service are great but rooms need some maintenance. When asked, fix was immediately done. Pool was fun with seficient space.

This is a bad hotel. During Passover holiday, pool was freezing. No one could go in. Housekeeping was bad. Lock on the door was broken. No locks on the terraces. Nothing in kids club room. Not inexpensive either. Pick another hotel
