Aqua Paradise Resort - Hotel & Aquapark - All Inclusive

The hotel has a variety of attractions: indoor and outdoor swimming pool, pool tables, ping-pong tables, darts, bowling, karaoke hall, spa, sauna, fitness room, tennis and football courts, a console game room and the biggest water park in the area for which we will definitely come back. Also, a fairly spacious parking lot. The animation team launched daily challenges and prepared many surprises for us. Young, restless, empathetic and very nice. Many kisses, guys! (Tony, Boghi, Heyson, Nicky and co). The food was excellent, fresh and very diverse, also friendly with children (we put some on ourselves :P). The drinks are ok, the staff very kind and attentive. I especially enjoyed the fusion night (fine dinning) and the Italian one. Clean rooms. We will definitely come back in the summer for the aqua park!

Great for families, we’re on our last day today had a fantastic week, there’s a fantastic water park attached to the hotel that makes this place so good but most of all the entertainment team their fantastic with the kids games all day long family entertainment from morning until night , kids club , food cleaning all fantastic will definitely return ❤️🇹🇭 One of the best holidays we’ve had and we travel a lot thumbs up 👍

The hotel is Gorgeous and immaculate. Rooms very modern, clean and spacious. Air con was great. Big balcony. Perfect location as only 10min walk to Ravda beach and bus or taxi to nessebar. Pools are great and very clean but freezing. By the end of our holiday it did warm up a little which helped. Entertainment staff are The nicest of group of people. Honestly totally amazing, fun, outgoing and genuinely nice people. Food was warm enough to eat ne er hot. Plenty of choice, a bit repeated but ok. By the end of our holiday the pool side bars opened with snacks too. The Water park was the best we’ve ever been to. Really enjoyed it and great that it’s free to hotel guests. The food was great as well. There is a small softplay area, park area, arcades, bowling,pool and table tennis all available at extra cost. Just remember if you go outside of season (June to September) things are limited including waterpark slided, poolside bars and restaurants. Overall the hotel is really nice, food was ok, water park amazing

Everything was exceptional, hotel , food, rooms , cleanness fresh towels and bedding daily ! Pools where spotless, entertainment was brill kids activity’s during the day was great ! Water park has no faults food is amazing for guests of aqua paradise our 2nd time to visit and we will be definitely back again next year

Stayed this week with my family for our first holiday away. The staff were amazingly accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The only downside would be the food as it wasn’t accommodating for younger children as there wasn’t many simple foods. The pools, spa, gym and games such as pool and bowling is a little pricy but very enjoyable. The aqua park itself is amazing and the food huts have better food than the restaurant in my opinion. Would definitely come back but would make some minor changes to the type of stay we have. Highly recommend for families.

This is my 3 time in this incredible hotel and definitely would not be my last one. Already booked coming back in August with family and friends. First time we came just my family of 5, the second and the third time we brough with us our friends with their families too. Each time we had a fantastic stay in this amazing hotel and every time we find it better and better. ROOMS- always spotless, comfortable and large enough with very good Wifi in each room. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is very modern. FOOD- The hotel has 3 restaurants- two a la carte and one main restaurant. The a la carte restaurant are an Italian and a Fusion restaurant. We have tried it all, and the food is always tasty, plenty of choices and loads of options for even vegetarians as some of us are. Some of us are very fussy eaters and trust me we all have enjoyed and found something to eat. AQUAPARK- Before we have found this hotel, we have been going to other Splash resorts in different countries, but this Aquapark has bitten them all. Large, plenty of slides, great food and very nice spaced out. ENTERTAINMENT- This guys.. "THE PURPLE PEOPLE" They are a true gem to this hotel! One of the many reasons we are coming back each year is thanks to them! They work tirelessly everyday and night and making sure everyone is having a fantastic time. Always smiling and polite. There is plenty of daily activities for everyone from kids activities, family games and adults games all day until 5pm. Kids club is working every day and our little ones absolutely loved going there. Night entertainment starts at 7.45pm with one full hour of kids time. All of our kids are absolutely obssest with all the Purple people. Also at 9pm there is cash prize bingo witch we loved and we have also won once. At 9.30pm there is a different show acts every night from the voice finalists, comedy circus acts, aerial shows, dance champions, quiz, game shows and etc. STAFF- All the staff have been extremely polite and nice to all of us. We always feel very welcomed coming back. LOCATION- The beach is around 15 min walking distance, and if you want to explore Nessebar or Sunny beach you can get the shuttle bus or book a taxi Infront of the hotel . Nessebar is about 10-15 min by taxi and Sunny beach around 20-25min. We already can not wait coming back again. See you in August Aqua Paradise and keep being the way you are.

For the good parts: Hotel is beautiful, modern, super clean. Rooms are spacious and accommodating and cleaned meticulously every day. Pools are massive! Food was good, lots of negatives on here…as with many all inclusive you do get sick of it towards the end of your holiday. I’m a fussy eater and managed to find something! Italian restaurant that you have to pre-book was amazing, we visited twice. The staff in there were really attentive and friendly, the wine they serve is good too! We also visited the fusion restaurant, the presentation of the food was beautiful but not really to our taste and limited options for our young daughter. We did find some of the staff very rude and not very friendly. We had an incident whereby we had booked the shuttle to Nessebar but the return back to the hotel didn’t show so we had to get a taxi back to the hotel. Upon return the gentleman on reception had a really bad attitude basically blaming us for missing the bus even though we had been at the pick up point 10mins prior to the bus arrival and for 20 mins after. No apology was given so we had to complain to the Tui rep. Bars - the cocktails from the drinks machines that they use are extremely sweet. If you order your own drink it’s sometimes hard to get the staff to understand what you want despite repeating yourself several times e.g asked for vodka with ice, got vodka coke and no ice. We also had issues with the self serve soft drinks machines that were dispensing flat drinks, when I raised this with a member of staff I was told that was just how the drinks were despite them been fizzy other days! This happened a few times during our stay. Water - we have stayed in many all inclusive hotels and always have the bottled drinking water replenished daily - in this hotel they only give you the first bottle! We didn’t really understand why this was and the Tui rep did say that it shouldn’t be a problem getting more bottled water from reception, however the same gentleman on reception said that he would only give 1 more bottle as an exception and practically threw the bottle at me! Entertainment - we found this to be diabolical. Bingo EVERY NIGHT…Bulgarian Voice singers and men dressed up in cow costumes dancing around the stage - not to our taste! Even the songs played by the entertainment team for the kids disco were the same every night, just seems like no effort is made. Hotel is good but we feel that the customer service and entertainment need improvement.

A great hospitality...nice rooms and clean. Various bars and themed restaurants are available, offering delicious Bulgarian and international cuisine with a children's menu and vegetarian and vegan ... Aqua Paradise Resort is a memorable hotel complex with multifunctional infrastructure. Our 5th stay and going back in September for 2 weeks. A great family for us. Thanks to all of you

The best hotel. I recommend, I like the Food, like the aqua park and the animation team they are the best i have ever seen! We had so much fun, it’s so beautiful, we defenetly will Côme back this year even, Because this was önce in a lifetime experience!
