Good points:- Water park Good for kids Pools not too cold Sea temperature Good Bad points:- Food not great- lots of pork, quite bland Beds pretty awful - hard and lumpy mattresses giving uncomfortable nights sleep, 4th bed built on a wooden crate. Staff grumpy as if they don't want to be here Many uneven surfaces and trip hazards. Very regimented - things only open at certain times of day. Plug socket in room dangerously exposed People smoking in rooms - mainly Eastern Europeans Bulgaria in general:- Avoid. Try to rip you off for things like taxis - stand your ground Very Russian like - quite grumpy and rude Places are cash only but don't advertise it. Bar staff touch your kids - quite alarming Out of resort restaurants are bland and staff rude. Bring you wrong food then force you to pay - get threatening if you argue. All in all I won't be coming back. It's still backwards and you are better off going to a more developed country that's a known quantity. TUI market this place as 4* I'd disagree with this rating. Please see my pictures Thank you

Overall, the hotel is very solid – clean, green, nice pool, and direct access to the sea. Food is varied, and the fish dishes – smoked, fried, and pickled – are top notch. Staff is friendly and helpful, except for one lady at reception, who, when we pointed out that our "Sea View Room" had mostly Tree View with occasional flashes of blue, replied: "Hotel is full, nothing can be done." Classic: You paid? Great. Now enjoy your leaves. Sea view rooms are basically only from floors 3 or 4 upwards. We were lower, so "sea view" required yoga-level flexibility and mild Jedi telekinesis to part the trees. Definitely not worth the extra charge. The extra room with a bunk bed is strictly for kids. The gap between the bed and the wall is about 40–50 cm, so unless you’re a teenager shaped like a straw, don’t even try. Interior decor? Let’s call it "love for MDF with a touch of vintage Bulgarian charm." But it’s clean, the AC works, and nothing’s falling apart – so it’s livable. The room is big and spacious, though you're not quite sure what for. All Inclusive drinks are fine – unless you try the rum. That thing tastes like a blend of paint thinner and wood stain. Honestly, like someone tried to make a mojito using leftovers from a home renovation. And of course – the sunbed race. Technically, reserving is not allowed. In practice? People are staking claims at 5:30 AM. Show up at 7:00 and you’ll be sitting on a wall, bitterly watching towels live their best lives. Summary: A hotel worth recommending – but get a room on a high floor, avoid the rum, set your alarm for 5:29, and don’t fall for the “sea view” promise, unless you enjoy playing Where’s Waldo: Ocean Edition.

We've just come back from staying here and we had a brilliant experience. It was my first time abroad and also our first time going all inclusive. The food was good, something for everyone and I tried some new things while I was here. The pool was never too crowded as there are 3 across the resort plus beach access and slides. The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it. The only thing lacking really was tea and coffee making facilities however there were coffee machines around the hotel that were free to use. We also used the hotel taxi service, all drivers were had were friendly and didn't take long to collect us either. We booked into the Italian restaurant and the food was beautiful, I really enjoyed the baked egg plant dish. The staff on the bars were also friendly but Antonio and Imren on the lobby bar are a credit to the hotel. They made us feel really welcome and always had time to talk to us, always greeting us with a smile! The icing on the cake was the weather being beautiful all week! We hope we can return next year.

I am genuinely baffled by some of these bad reviews. I can only put it down to people being extremely petty. If you want to find something to complain about, you will anywhere you go. But I honestly can’t think of anyone worth complaining about. The pools are spot on, plenty of sunbeds, and the beer is cold! What more do you need. The place is clean, you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to bars, restaurants, drinks, food, snacks the lot. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, always take the time to say hello. The food is spot on, lots of choice and and options. It’s not al a carte, but when you’re providing for that many people you don’t expect Michelin star food, but the food is still very tasty. Evening entertainment is excellent and lots of variety within the shows. The water park!! Wow. So many slides, and pools! No queues and plenty of lifeguards about. If I had to find a complaint, and this would be for the sake of finding a fault, the toasters are too slow! And that’s just being picky! Great week away, will definitely be returning.

Unfortunately this supposedly 4 star hotel fell short on a number of key points which means I will not return & would not recommend it. The waterpark is really the only thing my family liked about the hotel. Beds in the rooms are very hard & the 4th childs pull out bed was awful. The mattress about 3cm deep placed on what looked like wooden pallets. The bed was not even and different levels so completely inadequate. We complained & got given another thin mattress to put on top. This extra mattress was removed a couple of days later by the room cleaner. We complained again & then got given a lumpy mattress.... not fit for purpose. Eventually after dragging the lumpy mattress to the front desk & basically embarrassing the hotel into action we were finally given a proper thickness mattress. My point is... we should not have had to go to such lengths to get the issue resolved. The pull out bed provided is just not acceptable in quality. Food - struggled most days to find things we liked. It was pretty basic & not great quality and bland in taste. Staff - Unfortunately I found a lot of staff to be rude and unhelpful. The guys in the beach bar were particularly rude along with the towel exchange lady. The lifeguards were very inappropriate in their interactions with young girls who were clearly children, I saw one of them slapping a young teen girl on the backside. Not appropriate.

The hotel is amazing, don’t get me wrong. Foods great, entertainment is questionable with the animation team enjoying stripping on stage to their underwear in front of children, one member having nothing but a hat to cover his privates. Now to address the title… Me and my friend, both 15 female have came to this hotel with my family and we really enjoyed the water slides, HOWEVER. There are three lifeguards, perhaps more we haven’t interacted with, who need some serious backround checks. When me and my friend would be in the queue for our favourite slide, the lifeguards would constantly stare at us. We found that the lifeguards were creepier towards me, yet we both felt very uncomfortable. I noticed that the lifeguards would smirk at me whilst looking up and down in areas they should not be looking. One lifeguard however was rather persistent. It started small, with him asking where we were from and my name. It then started to get a little more personal with him asking how old i am (which i told him very clearly i was 15. He clearly understood us.) After this he proceeded to ask for my instagram. After i said no, he pulled up google translate to ask for my other socials, which included but was not limited to whatsapp and facebook. By this point i had stated numerous times that i was 15 years old and was a child. The lifeguards would also hold our floatie back and not let us go, instead they would stand behind us and stare at us making us incredibly uncomfortable. Now although we have only seen ourselves be preyed upon by these lifeguards, we fear we are only one of many. On a positive note, the ice cream selection is to die for, the melon, apple and violet flavours being a must try. Overall, this hotel is very nice, however i strongly urge any parents to keep their eyes on their children when they are on the slides.

Nice hotel in a resort with two 4* and one 5* hotel, with large rooms, decent furniture. The food was plenty, diverse and of good quality. One pool, (the second for kids is like a bathtub), not enough as dimensions for all the people, with sunbeds crowded like seats in a cinema, half of them in shadow in the afternoon. However - the hotel is dedicated for FAMILIES - avoid it unless you have noisy kids under 8y old (which would feel great). The parents woke up at 6 am to reserve the sunbeds despite the warnings that no reservation is allowed. The beach is reserved for the 5* hotel - those from 4* have some upper terasses. Plenty of rude people and mother hen for their kids, nothing for people 20-50y old. Parking available without reservation but not very affordable.
