Cascadas Family Resort

Would not stay here again. Not as advertised on website, beds are the worst I have ever slept in, couldn’t wait to get home to my own bed, and when your on holiday this shouldn’t be the case, the room was only cleaned once in 7 days, even after contacting and speaking with reception several times, my parents apartment was the same horrible bed, we had to ask for towels and toilet roll as this was never replenished during our stay, the duvets were dirty and stained with no covers on them at all. The saving grace was the Italian restaurant, very good food and attentive waiters, this was the only good thing about this resort. Clearly being used by residents who live for months at a time, no sun beds available during the day even tried the many pools. The restaurant for breakfast was dirty and had cobwebs in every corner, we had to ask most mornings for extra food as not replenished very quickly. One toaster for a lot of guests was tricky as very often a long wait to use this. Personally having stayed in other hotels in sunny beach, don’t waste your money better and more comfortable hotels and resorts for your money.

It was already early October when we went, the Black Sea was so cold and cold. The hotel closed in mid-October. So very deserted. No one at the swimming pool. It's better in summer. All inclusive meals.
HI Hotels Imperial Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

I paid for 4 stars but found services of 3 daisies from ultra all I ended up with a mega light all. Initially, I did not understand why the guests gave 7..8 marks and in the description they put good or ok. we arrived around 1 pm, we parked in front of the hotel and there we met a hotel employee who explained to us how the parking situation is. We have several parking lots, the ones next to them are full but you can park on a place for 2 hours (I couldn't leave the car there any longer) with an extra payment of 50 lei or 10euro and after a place is released we call you to park in the back parking lot, I paid 20 leva per night. when he parked in that spot and saw that it didn't ask for his phone number, the husband realized that it was actually a tip because I didn't move the car at all. the room was not ready, you don't go to lunch, you start with dinner, in the end they gave us the keys, another building without an elevator and when we asked for an explanation they shouted that we paid standard and not luxury, no one helped us with luggage and no directions to the room even though I stayed on the 2nd floor with a childafter us. We went out to dinner.. in one of the restaurants the air was off, the water was hot, there was no bar, they had beer and wine in the machines but they didn't fill them. To my question they answered that they could they come with the drinks from the bar at the reception and they are in a plastic cup, otherwise notthey gave, you only had coffee at breakfast in the restaurant.. the rest at the bars that opened at 11, until then that was what you could find at the restaurant. The food is not diversified but it is rated 8 maximum, 3 kinds of fruit: plums, grapefruit and apples, sometimes rotten watermelon. You couldn't find a lemon orgarlic if you need it.the broken, dirty dishes, I had to put the child's cereal in a bowl with shards, unwashed chipped glasses, sticky tables and chairs. The room is ok in size but stuffy and the bathroom is the size of a telephone booth, everything was stained, bed, carpet, tambourine, towels, linen. beetles and large spiders even dragonflies The air was barely visible. About the internet..it doesn't work and that's it. we had a dinner in the a la carte restaurant, the person at the reception didn't want to give more information.. he said clearly.. Mediterranean or Asian although they have 4, they only had 2 open.. little food and the wine even more worse than the one at the bar. animation 0, on the first day they did not clean the room, after that they only changed the baskets and washed the bathroom. so far we have only been to All inclusive but we have found much better services, more diversified meals. You don't have a grilled chicken to give to the child, just sausages and some minced meat that tastes like socks, borscht tomatoes, 2 types of mezel. Vegetables as well, tomatoes, cucumbers and bell peppers, even somein the mornings they didn't have cucumbers. The sweets were the same thing
Hotel Glarus Beach

Had 14 nights here from 26th August 2024 to 9th September. We had a top floor room at the back very quiet. The Towels were changed everyday and the bed every three. The room was spacious and very clean. Don't go all inclusive as the food isn't very nice or the Drinks apart from the Wine which was nice. The Bars around the pool arnt inclusive. We had terrible customer service in the Glarus Sports bar whilst trying to watch the Premier league game. Germans we're given preference over us. They actually turned our game off to watch German football on all screens. There was a family watching our game too I felt very sorry for them 😐 The Glarus karaoke bar is fun.We don't like bingo though and got told off for talking to each other throughout the bingo 🙄
