Gorgeous hotel, room was amazing with a perfect view of the sea, Food was ok a bit repetitive but think it was coming to the end of season so probably better during peak season. Great few shops at the resort although I'm sorry to say found the lady who runs the jewellery shop to be very rude & arrogant, I bought a "silver" chain for my husband & within 3 days it had turned black couldn't return it has the shop had closed for the season. Lovely place to stay not much around the area, there is a shuttle bus into Obzor or a walk of approximately 30 minutes.

Excellent hotel with great amenities. Close to Obzor and Byala. A large outdoor pool, kids pool, and water park. Located directly next to the beach. Good food is always available throughout the day and themed restaurants available to book upon arrival.

Stayed in room 2202 as a family of four from the UK, first time in Bulgaria. A few things that are hopefully helpful to know as this is a large hotel: - There is pottery painting near the small pool and air hockey. - There is an artist selling paintings and painting portraits near the main pool - There is a small soft play area in reception - There are pool tables and PS4’s that you can play with tokens - You can book the restaurants by scanning the QR code by reception or in the lift -In the evening there are trampolines and a bouncy castle nearby and there is a small supermarket a short walk away -Obzor has a nice park, small selection of shops and a fun fair. We found it safe and it was easy to get a taxi back for 10 lev. -The hotel, restaurants and beach are very clean and staff are hardworking and there was a good selection of food. I’m a vegetarian and always managed to find something to eat. Unfortunately our room overlooks the car park and the sight in the morning is of staff smoking outside which is a bit unpleasant. I would say that the staff are efficient but not friendly. The cleaners were the friendliest but the bar staff in the main bar by reception seemed to find it an inconvenience to serve guests and seemed to prefer talking and flirting with each other. The spa was great and I had a lovely facial and having the shops in the hotel was great too. We really enjoyed the Italian, Bulgarian and Fish restaurant. A couple of things that I think the hotel should do: Have butter near the bread in the restaurant Have milk near the tea making facilities Organise the queue for pancakes as it blocks people from using the bakery section We would recommend the hotel and we have enjoyed Bulgaria.

We booked through Tui, 1.5hr transfer. Check in was quick, hotel manager Nadia showed us to our room, she was lovely & made a fuss of our 2yr old granddaughter whenever we saw her. Our room was 1119 big room 2 single beds pushed together, sofa bed, travel cot. Mini fridge stocked free of charge for 1st lot but if you wanted it re stocking then you had to pay. Balcony was big enough 2 chairs & table, clothes airer, we was overlooking splash park & also could see the sea, room was clean. No iron allowed in rooms but there is a iron & board on each floor near lift (floors 2 to 6) hair dryer in bath room. Pool/beach towels you get a card each from reception then exchange them.for towels daily don't loose card otherwise it's 30 lev per card. Life guards at pool 10 till 6pm. Pool is nice & clean our 2yr old granddaughter loved it we spent most of our days in pool always got sunbeds. Pool bar was self service for cold drinks, beer, wine, coffee. Pool bar did cocktails & other alcoholic drinks which were all nice. Pool bar had snacks. Beach sunbeds again always easy to get 1, sea lovely lots of lovely shells, showers when you came off beach too. Kids pool looked really nice again always had free sun beds. Italian restaurant 12 till 4 serves pizza, chips salad fruit ice creams & drinks all yummy. Main buffet restaurant was big, highchairs if needed. I'm a picky eater & there was something for me to eat at each meal, all your usual stuff breakfast, Bacon, sausage, eggs fried boiled scrambled, beans, pancakes fruit, bread all different, yogurts, cold meats cheeses etc. Drinks were self serve tea, coffee hot chocolate, apple orange cherry juice, coke diet coke fanta sprite. Lunch chips all different hot meals, beef pork chicken, rabbit, veg potatoes, cheeses salads cold meat pizza breads etc. Same at dinner, beer & wine at lunch & dinner too. 40 lev for safe I'd recommend paying it. 1 shops selling crisps, sweets chocolate vape cigarettes pop etc. 2 other shops selling souvenirs kids toys clothes bags etc reasonable prices. Jewellery shop. There's a kids area on floor 1 pool tables, teddy grabber, play stations etc tokens or lev for these. We didnt use spa or hairdresser but prices looked ok. Indoor pool closed 2nd June until sept. Kids club all staff great. Animation team all seemed friendly. Most staff spoke but some only smiled. The 2 young girls in pool bar were very nice always smiled & spoke. Reception staff all nice too. It's a no smoking vaping hotel inside. There's a shuttle bus into Obzor. So only downside we found was other guests not many English guests there & 99.9% of other guests ignorant, don't queue kids too, don't wait give out dirty looks! We had 1 day of rain & thunder storms. Other than that it's was between 25 & 31. Big thanks to Bell boys & Nadia ( manager) would re visit this hotel & recommend it.

It was a really amazing and anjoyable stay. The staff is extremely nice ( here special greetings to Maksi , Bobby and Atanas - You were all fantastic). There were 14 of us and everyone will have great memories from the visit. Food was delicious, everywhere very clean, rooms comfortable, lots of activities for adults and children all day long... actually there is nothing to complain about. Would love to come back.

Firstly this hotel is on the Black Sea coast, not the Baltic. If only there was a 3.5 star rating on here, as I don't quite feel it reaches a 4 star. Good points - the hotel is right on the beach with many sunbeds around the pool and on the beach, we didn't have to get up at silly o'clock to find all beds reserved with towels. The rooms are spacious, maybe a bit dated. The duvets are too narrow, even for smaller than average adults! Room safe - had to pay 40 levs for 7 nights. Only one restaurant was open, which was a shame and did the same kind of foods, always beef, chicken, fish, rabbit in some type of weak sauce which was usually cold. Fries every day, lunch and dinner, one type of pizza and pasta. Never any burgers, Chinese, Indian, etc. Lots of cake and fruit. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in this one restaurant became quite boring. For such a big premises I feel the other restaurants should have been open and it was getting busier day by day. Most drinks are self service, there was a bar by the pool and one by the lobby. The hotel is quite difficult to navigate, the buffet was hidden away down a long white corridor past the indoor pool. There are shops on the premises, one selling drinks and snacks, which was reasonably priced. Sometimes a week felt too long. Other than the beach there isn't really anything much within walking distance. If you're booking through an agent they do ask for the "booking voucher" on check in so make sure you print it out. Staff were generally nice but many often didn't acknowledge you.

Wow, friendliest place I've ever been , I don't want to go home. The rooms are spotless and kept immaculate by the cleaning staff. The entertainment crew are continually working to keep everybody happy, the food is beyond what you could imagine and so much of it. Worried about language differences the staff speak more languages than you expected try them. There are shops here , cultural heritage tours and jeep safaris ( ask for cumin). Truly a wonder waiting to be discovered, I should be keeping it under my hat or it will be too popular. I will definately be coming back with my friends next year and if they wont come on my own again as i wont miss this gem

We are Family with Kid (10). Visited July 2023. The hotel itself is OK. But they are oriented to people with very low education. Because of this, there are no sun loungers already early in the morning. Very loud everywhere. Dirty in the restaurants. Crowdy.
