Hotel dei Giardini

Embarrassing, I have no other adjective to describe dinner. A positive note is the location with the dining room and the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. But let's move on to food, appetizer with eatable amberjack tartare but certainly not of the day nor of the previous one. Inedible first course: paccheri with clams bottarga: gummy pasta, clams with sand and bottarga not received. Result left on the plate. Since at the time of payment I was pointed out that my guest ate the dish, I repeat that it was not for the "pleasantness of the dish", but because he had just returned from a quick snack for lunch. It is appreciable that the waiter proposed to replace the dish, an option I declined, to avoid, among other things, long waiting times. Another thing: two glasses of Franciacorta were requested, which were not served "because we don't open a bottle of Franciacorta for two glasses". For this reason we were "forced" to drink two glasses of prosecco. Bah. Dinner is practically over here. But before leaving, the icing on the cake: the bickering at the cashier in front of several customers, between the receptionist and a waiter for the recovery of towels (!?!?!?) To be delivered to a hotel guest. Finally, obviously, the paccheri were not offered in the bill.

I book the gazebo after a long time because it is always busy... evening with my friends and their families to celebrate my daughter's 6th birthday... there are 15 of us with 7 children... endless waiting for the drinks... in the glass plastic...we later discover that the waiter (the only one who survived the evening) was alone having to do everything and more...at a certain point I don't know how many insects fall from the tip of the gazebo ending up on the table that is moved... nearby tables dirty and leaning against a wall, towels from I don't know who... in the children's play area the dirt from I don't know how many days... glasses, plastic bottles... we urge the cutting the cake twice (3 euros per person) because it was now late... with a customer who was wandering around the tables clearly drunk or in any case not in her right mind and at a certain point she even took the water from our children's table and lie down on a sofa nearby... after tonight's evening I will never set foot there again and all the stars you give yourself on the site are too many.

Cibo non scadente ma SCADENTISSIMO, una qualità davvero imbarazzante per qualsiasi posto in Italia!!! Oltretutto anche la quantità scarsa … Il tutto servito in dei piatti di carta (HOTEL A 4 stelle ) per un trentesimo ma scherziamo ? La sala dove abbiamo cenato davvero spoglia e SQUALLIDA, una tristezza incredibile. Alcuni del gruppo hanno pernottato qui. Solo dopo essere arrivati (la sera per l aperitivo ) scopriamo che non c’è l ACQUA CALDA . La caldaia si è rotta e non hanno trovato nessuno per venirla a sistemare, (Così ci è stato detto ) . Invece scopriamo che l’acqua calda non c’è da TEMPO e questa cosa è non grave ma GRAVISSIMA!!! C’erano persone che sono venute apposta da Napoli ,da Palermo e non hanno neanche potuto farsi una doccia calda né la sera, né il giorno dopo ovviamente. Alla fine ci hanno fatto uno sconto misero di 12,5 € a persona per questo ENORME DISAGIO , veramente IRRISPETTOSI!!! Quindi nel complesso PESSIMO E NON POSSO CONSIGLIARLO ! Uniche note positive : 1)lo spazio esterno , 2)il letto comodo .

Nuova gestione, Villa del Conte. Dopo il diversamente magro campano, il diversamente alto sardo? Sempre peggio, considerato che il primo era minimamente educato mentre l’ultimo dovrebbe al massimo fare l’attrazione da circo. Da evitare accuratamente!

Prenotato l'aperitivo, con una settimana di anticipo, per quattro persone, abbiamo avuto delle brutte sorprese, in quanto la zona piscina era interamente prenotata per un compleanno, nonostante sul sito è chiaramente indicato: area aperitivo all'aperto intorno alla piscina nella bella stagione, zona musica dal vivo. Ci siamo accomodati all'interno della sala, in un ambiente molto triste, eravamo solo noi quattro nel salone. Purtroppo non è andata meglio con l'aperitivo, in quanto il personale non era preparato nella realizzazione di un semplice Mojito, quindi abbiamo optato per prosecco e spritz; ci hanno servito un tagliere di affettati di pessima qualità, senza pane, abbiamo dovuto chiederlo; non erano presente ne olive ne patatine non c'era assolutamente nulla.. Non soddisfatti abbiamo chiesto di portare qualcosa in più, si sono limitati a portare dei microscopici imbarazzanti assaggi, davvero quattro frolline salate di 2 cm, comunque buone, il tutto per la modica cifra di 100 euro. Peccato perché avevamo organizzato un evento aziendale nel 2019, era andato tutto perfettamente, infatti lo scopo del nostro aperitivo, era di organizzare un altro evento. Spero che la direzione prenda atto di questa contestazione, evitando di prendere appuntamenti se non si ha disponibile la location e il personale adeguato, abbiamo trascorso una pessima umiliante serata.

Dopo tanti anni che frequento l’hotel per la piscina nei mesi estivi mai come quest’anno la gestione e pessima, disorganizzati piscina senza bagnino acqua piscina molto sporca !! Pessimo spero che l’anno prossimo sua migliore
