When I checked in, the swimming pool was under repair and upgraded. The large room and the entire restaurant had a very good breakfast, which tasted very authentic. The beach is a 1-minute walk from the hotel, and it looks beautiful at sunset.

It's a very cozy hotel with a strong sense of design. It's located in a small town near Genoa, about ten minutes by train from Genoa. There is nothing next to me, so I just lie down somewhere else.

It's a very new hotel. The characteristic of a small hotel is that the service is very meticulous and in-depth. But the restaurant is average, there were a few issues but we were not given good feedback. Others are very satisfied

The hotel feels like a renovation of an old historical house, the decoration is relatively new and the service is also good.
We booked a sea view terrace room, but unfortunately we could only see a corner of the sea view. There is absolutely no value for money.
The room is pitifully small, the bathroom shower room is floor-to-ceiling glass, there are no curtains, and it can be seen from the balcony. There is no privacy at all.
In summary, the smart facilities and equipment are all OK, and it feels like a high-end homestay.

Сам по себе отель хороший, особенно с учетом того какие отели вокруг. Близко море и станция Nervi. Хороший завтрак. Важно что есть парковка (правда 45 евро в сутки), так как в Нерви припарковать машину почти нереально.
Но есть ужасные минусы:
- невыносимая вонь в номере. Персонал сказал что от кондиционера, попросил не беспокоится, поставил освежитель воздуха, но ничего не изменилось.
- нежелание помочь. После того как было заявлено что в номере ужасный запах, логично было бы предложить другой номер, компенсацию, ну хотя бы что-то. Предложили только не переживать.
- единый балкон на много номеров, к нам дважды за проживание заходили чужие большие собаки. Так быть не должно.
- очень дорогой ужин в ресторане. В целом это не проблема, но качество еды среднее, не на эти деньги
- вода в душе рандомно меняется от ледяной до кипятка несколько раз за пару минут, это нельзя контролировать
Очень жаль что в целом такой классный отель допускает такие провалы. При цене 1000 евро за ночь так нельзя.

Beautiful modern hotel in Nervi, near Genova, striking architecture in the lobby and pool. We spent 4 days here, walking distance to many restaurants and the train station is 300 metres away. Strategically located near St Margarita and Porto Fino. Tip, if driving to Porto Fino, go early as the parking fills up and the police close access by car. Access to the sea boardwalk is a 5 minute walk and is perfect for a sunset view and a 15 minute walk to the seaside village with many restaurants. Excellent service, from the restaurant and reception. Special thanks to the manager, concierge, Simon who was very helpful with suggestions and bookings. If you are adventurous, access to swim in the sea is possible, from the boardwalk, down steep stairs and rocks. We did not attempt, but saw others swimming.

After staying at the Capitolo Riviera with my wife for a week,I can't fault it! We both enjoyed our stay with ALL staff being as helpful whilst we were there. A great place that was situated ideally for us to reach places like Portofino,Genoa,Monterosso & Santa Margherita. Meals were top notch (Breakfast and Evening). Our thanks to both Simona and Simone who made our stay as pleasurable as it could be!
