Breakfast is decent, continental style but with bacon and eggs, good selection of jams etc. Pool on the roof is more of a plunge pool and is not as big as it looks on the website/brochure. Service was excellent and big thanks to Wolfgang for helping us out.

Hotel with excellent location, parking in the area a little complicated. Unbeatable treatment, I forgot a bag in the room and they managed it perfectly to get it back. recommendable

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 01/01/2025 for 5 nights. We upgraded to a room with a balcony for an extra £50. The room was lovely with a good view of the mountains, it was cleaned daily. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had a good selection from cold to hot food, only downside hot food was sometimes just luke warm. The hotel was in a great area with a good tapas bar next door and within walking distance of all local areas. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

Hi, stayed here for a week which included breakfast, and the pro's and cons are thus, Pro's, very clean hotel, staff very pleasant, food at breakfast was adequate although not a vast choice but enough choice to start the day off. Hotel is 5 minutes walk away from shops, bar's, and the Balcon de Europe. Con's, if you have an early flight home, as the restaurant isn't open, you can ask for a breakfast bag to be made up, we asked if we could go in to get a tea, coffee as it was from a machine anyway and was refused, the breakfast bag consisted of a sandwich made up the night before, a bottle of water, a kids juice, a hard pear, and a yoghurt with no spoon to eat it with. So I walked outside and gave the bag to a man who was sweeping the streets, but the biggest thing for me was the con at check in, they tell you your room isn't ready yet but can show you a similar room that's ready, and then show you a tiny room you couldn't swing a cat in with a small window looking onto the smallest courtyard you've ever seen, (supposed to be a standard room) and then tells you you can upgrade to a superior room which she takes you to, with a small balcony overlooking the square. An improvement as it was a bit bigger with a view over the square and after viewing the standard room you are going to upgrade at a cost of €105 extra. My question is, if the standard room was similar to the room we were being allocated which wasn't ready, why not allocate the one that was ready? My thoughts are that this is the con, show you the worst room so you will upgrade and be another €105 out of pocket. I wonder how many others have had this experience. Would I stay here again, it would be a no, as there are better hotels of similar price, much better ( M B Boutique, 5 minutes away for one) which we stayed in previously.

We have stayed in nerja quite a few times over the years going back to 2014 and it's a lovely place. This hotel is clean with maid service every day. We stayed for a week from 25th March however the rooftop pool was not open but plenty of sun loungers to choose from but I imagine in peak time it can be crowded. It is literally a five minute walk across the road from tutti fruitee plaza where all the nightclubs are so would be great in peak time for partying but not so if you don't want to. We paid for breakfast on our stay which was pleasant however with all hotels with buffet style food it was luke warm but we found the microwave good for heating up further. Beds were quite comfy pillows not so but you are never comfortable out of your own bed. We were in room 204 which looked down onto a tiny courtyard and looked at a brick wall but how long are you staying in your room each day for this type of holiday. When we got there they said we were on the first floor but then tried to sell us a room they claimed had a see view on the second floor, which did if you looked between the other buildings and a small balcony but when we refused said oh well I will put you in a room which has just had new wardrobe doors and put us on the second floor which was fine. I believe the first floor room was used as a stooge for a sell as it went from 118 to 115 to 112 Euros for the 'upgrade'. Would definitely stay there again but not in peak time even though you could hear upstairs rooms noise and either side plus the water going through the pipes when the toilet up above was flushed however most hotels are the same.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The standard room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. There was a free safe. TV had many English Freeview channels. Breakfast was superb and staff were constantly refreshing everything. Wifi coverage was a bit limited, not extending much beyond the ground floor. Housekeeping was great: The rooms cleaned and towels replaced daily. The whole hotel was spotless. There was a large rooftop terrace furnished with plenty of comfortable sunbeds. The pool (closed until April) is not large enough to swim, but ample to cool off. Many clients reported returning year on year.
