The staff was very friendly and helpfull, the beds and pillows were great, the rooms interior is nice. But, the cleanliness was not ok at all, dead bugs and dustnets in every corner, mould in the shower, hairs in the fresh bedsheets, no water pressure, the breakfast was very varied but not fresh, old bread, dry biscuits and pies, eggs,…toastbread but no toaster, …providing less but fresh would be so much better, the breakfastroom was simply dirty :-/, not ok at all. There is a good coffeemachine but in the morning the coffee comes from a large overcooked can. The is garbage in the garden which has been there for a long time. This hotel is at best 3 stars according to western standards…the price is luckily consistent

We enjoyed every minute of our 3 night stay at the hotel . The hotel is spotless, cozy, full of light and tastefully decorated. It is situated approx.. 10 minutes car drive from the city center with a parking place at the entrance to the hotel. The room is very spacious, comfortable and stylish with a lovely view to the hills. The breakfast was tasty with a good selection. And of course the friendly, hospitable staff which are always willing to assist any request with a smile. The hotel is an excellent value for your money We will gladly return and recommend to stay here.

I went with my parents. Super-comfortable and clean room - maisonette for the 3 of us. Each one had his/her personal space. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay.

very nice and cosy hotel, room was very big and clean, the hotel is not far from city center. the owner and the stuff were so nice and helpful. Couldn't use the pool it was too cold but it looks nice and perfect for summer time. I recommend about this hotel from all aspects

A mid-size hotel, offers all you need, quite large rooms, clean, with all the amenities you wish. On the ring road, that saves you the parking hassle, The owners and staff are very friendly and eager to assist you with your trip. Breakfast is luxurious with all the pies and pastries for which the city is famous.

We visit Ioannina frequently as our child is in University here. We always stay here. Awesome room, loads of space, comfortable bed, sofa and the owners are very nice. The breakfast is just enough. Thank you guys from Corfu

Good sized room with a very comfy bed. The ceiling shower was amazing with massive water pressure. The hotel has lovely furnishings and interesting pieces of artwork and decoration. The breakfast was very good with plenty to choose from. As for the owners and staff, well I can't praise them enough. They are incredibly kind, caring and understanding. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went out of their way to help me during my stay. They even offered me the use of their lounge and amenities after my stay had finished if I so needed. Absolutely fantastic hosts.
