We are from the south and it's our first time in the north. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we felt the attentiveness and patience of the staff. The receptionist at the door was attentive and enthusiastic, and patiently led us to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff was also enthusiastic and introduced the characteristics of the hotel to us, including the room types and what was in the room. They were very professional, and after we checked in the room, someone led us how to get around. When we got to the room, there were intelligent facilities, the room was very warm, and there was no odor. When we needed room service, the staff was fast, had a good attitude, and provided enthusiastic service. I highly recommend it. 房間挺大，味道不算大，還行。浴缸挺臟，可能沒怎麼用過就沒洗過，要浴缸套説沒有。屋子比較熱想多要兩瓶水説要收費，我們就出去買了兩大瓶。一路走過來衹有這一家酒店説水要收費的，因為屋裡暖氣太熱，每一家酒店都免費多提供水，這一家不太友好。另外説一下酒店管理，我們在大堂休息區坐了一個小時，電梯門出來有個工作人員被絆了一下，一看地上有兩個被踩扁的空水瓶子，還以為他會撿起來扔到垃圾桶裏，結果他衹是低頭看了一眼接着走了，有意思，接着有至少四波工作人員看見瓶子但是沒管，我就明白了浴缸為什麼那麼臟，進而懷疑床單被罩換了沒。
