I can understand that the room heating was turned off during the May Day holiday, but the air conditioner didn't work. I really can't understand this big hotel. Because I brought a 3-year-old child, the 20℃ room was really cold, and I finally used the small sun to keep warm. The first cleaning lady who came to deliver the small sun had a bad attitude, and she was also weird when she said she would change the room. After she left, the tall cleaning lady she called had a very good attitude and helped me find a power strip to plug in the small sun. The disposable toiletries were not put there, and I called the waiter to deliver them. The sanitary environment can only be said to be average. There are large pieces of cigarette ash in the corners of the bathroom. The four corners of the shower room are not clean, and there is a large group of hair at the shower drain. . But the breakfast is really good.

The hotel is not big, the front is messy, and parking is difficult. The online promotion is not consistent with the actual situation. For example, the online said that bath rolls are provided, but the front desk lady said: There are none at all. It makes the guests seem greedy. The toilet paper in the room is very small, it should have been used. I contacted the waiter to send another roll, but he didn't give it. The bed is also very thin. The hotel is close to the main road, and it is very noisy at night. This is a very bad experience. I will not stay here next time.

I didn't know there was such a nice hotel in Nenjiang before. I will book this hotel again if I need it. It's super spacious. The lady at the front desk is very nice.

The hotel is under renovation. The rooms directly below are still for sale. They started drilling before 8 o'clock. I couldn't sleep at all. I contacted the front desk many times but to no avail.

Oriental Plaza is considered the best hotel in Nenjiang, but they didn't even provide tissue paper. When I called the front desk, I felt that they were quite proud of not providing tissue paper. This is the first time I've seen a hotel without tissue paper!
