The room was comfortable, clean and care with a nice balcony. The delicious breakfast is served on a splendid balcony with a wonderful view. The best way to start the day. I slept at The Capital for one night in February, but have stayed there before. All the staff, from the security guard at the gate, the receptionists, housekeeping, the restautant staff and the chef are friendly, attentive and very efficient. The food (both breakfast and supper) was delicious. A most enjoyable experience and highly recommendable.
