The AC did not work in my first room so they moved me to a new room late. There were not many food choices nearby.

If you are looking for a basic no frills affordable place to stay, this is it. Convenient to the state parks? Quiet. Staff is attentive and available. Rooms are clean. Nice place to stay.

Stayed here for Ohio University sibs weekend, its about a 17 minute drive from Athens and a great option if you are trying to save money. Much cleaner than many hotels I've stayed at and the staff is always delightful.

Very nice place with comfortable, clean rooms. Staff were all very personable. Nice bar in the lobby. If you are visiting the Nelsonville area, I recommend this lodging facility. It's great that the students are so eager to make your stay comfortable.

The room was very nice and clean! Only bad thing is bed needed a new mattress. Located right on the bike trail that takes you into Athens with fun places to stop on the way.
