Great location ,very clean and tastefully fitted very friendly and professional staff, also nice to see is a big tv screen very rarely seen at other places we stayed
Especially watching a live game of rugby( all blacks beating the boks)
Very comfortable beds great linen and pillows we stayed in a twin poolside room with spabath and 2 double beds
Highly recommended and at a great rate
We looking forward staying here again

While unit was comfortable we were expecting cooking facilities. The cost of dining was we feel on the expensive side so consequently we dined out

Due to flight disruptions we arrived late and had to leave early the next morning so we didn’t get to use most of the facilities. Staff were very helpful with us arriving late and the room was very well appointed. The only negative for us was that it was fully booked when we tried to stay the next time. I would stay here again.

Tide Hotels knows how to do hospitality! Right from when I arrived I was welcomed as if I had been a guest many times before.
Room service and restaurant service was friendly, meals were of good portion size and tasty.
The room is well appointed with a comfortable bed and deck overlooking the river (if you choose this option). Shower has good water pressure and the bath salts provided are really nice.
Would 10/10 stay again
