My booking was cancelled through a glitch in the system an no faultof my own. So i had to find another place to stay. I tried to contact the Backpackers and ******* to sort out a refund, had nothing but silence from both, even though when i ent and followed up the next day, the dudes on the front desk assured me that ******* would get in touch with them to sort it out. After an initial conversation with ******* ive had nothing back. Terrible service. Disgusting actually. From ******* and the Backpackers. Do yourselves a favour and book in with the YHA round the corner.😒
