2nd time staying here. Easier to get to anywhere, all within walking distance. Facility there are good too. And staff is always helpful.

Great location, close to the bus stop and the sea.
There was a bathroom in the room and bath towels were provided, so it was comfortable.
I was happy that I could use the washing machine for free.
The woman at the reception was also nice and had a nice atmosphere.
New Plymouth is a wonderful city!

The location is great, but the cleanliness was a little disappointing.
In particular, the room smelled of mold.. There was a lot of stuff on the bed too! But I got along
