Big clean rooms, lift, pool, great spa, 5 min walk to shops. Great location and plenty of shops and restaurants. We had 2 huge bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen. Easy walk to get a coffee. Spa was nice and hot and plenty of bubbles.

Great experience overall for a long weekend stay around Nelson Bay. Walking distance to the shops and harbour area. Rooms are huge although outdated and could use some deep clean on some areas, but all appliances and equipment inside the room are functioning well.

Mantra Nelson Bay
9月17日三位成人入住，由於行程延誤的關係，所以晚上12:00am才到達酒店登記入住，我們是自駕遊的，而酒店外圍的大門已關上，我們未能夠到達酒店進行登記，根據以往經驗知道酒店會經電郵，提供夾萬密碼給我們自行入住房間，可是酒店是沒有仼何電郵通知我如何進入酒店的。
所以我們使用了數據漫遊致電酒店櫃檯，經過非常漫長的等待才有人接聽電話，酒店職員向我查詢個人資料及銀行咭的號碼，花了很多時間 當時已經是1:07AM 才給我夾萬的密碼，可惜夾萬裏根本沒有任何東西(請參考附件)，實在不明白夾萬女沒有東西那問了我那麼多資訊是作什麼用途的？ 當刻我立即再用數據漫遊致電職員，等待了差不多30分鐘都沒有人聽電話，你讓客人在酒店外邊等了差不多1小時都不讓我們進入酒店是什麼意思？
然後再經過漫長等待後，職員終於聽電話，我問職員究竟什麼時候可以進來再等什麼？ 他說需要等保安開門才可以進入，我問職員需要多少時間？因為我們都不知道在等什麼，外面天氣寒冷還有長者，職員竟然跟我說要⼀再等差不多1小時，當時已經凌晨一點多，真的不能接受和不明白酒店的安排。
大概凌晨1:15 有位外籍自稱保安的人士拿着差不多有50至60條鎖匙的包包過來，我們看着他用每條鎖匙嘗試開啟大門，經過多次的不成功 保安致電請求幫忙，才能開啟大門。
然後保安都非常盡責，跟我們說拿到酒店鎖匙才離開，然後我們找酒店櫃檯，發現櫃檯都是已經關門上鎖的，然後有事經過不停重複的嘗試才能開啟酒店櫃檯大門，然後我們再致電職員，職員跟我們說我們的鎖匙及資料已經放在櫃檯面頭上，可笑的是根本就沒有，我們到處尋找，最後竟然是我們需要到鎖匙的掛箱自己找房間鎖匙！？
我是在玩尋寶遊戲嗎？酒店職員已不再聽我們的電話了，我們使用了多於1小時的漫遊數據致電酒店職員相當昂貴的，可是換來的是無視及處理不妥，當我們進入房間已經是凌晨2AM… 我們是12AM到達的…
此外，發現保安問題挺嚴重的，一條鎖匙原來可以開所有房間的，我們在第二天的早上突然有其他客人容易開取我們的房門，我媽媽非常驚嚇立即尖叫，當刻我們才發現所有人的鎖匙都可以開所有房門的，即使酒店的設施及環境是非常好，但職員及酒店的處理方法非常有問題，完全無視客人的需求，不太推薦。

Not as good as last stay
Nice big apartment but the ensuite let it down as the tiles need a good clean and my bed wasn’t comfortable. Dishwasher didn’t work left everything dirty on a normal wash. Rest of apartment was good
