GGuest UserI had a very good stay in hotel during my visit. It was well maintained in ambiance and feel good place. Only one thing i observed was, washroom wasting when i entered the room but it was cleaned by the boy when i informed to management.

GGuest UserHotel is situated in good location. Amenities are okay. Basic things were not provided unless they are asked for even after booking the suite room. Before allocating the room at-least some one from the housekeeping should check the room. Food was terrible. Outside food from any restaurent in nellore will be good. Food quality was disgusting. Never expected food in nellore that too in minerva would be terrible. Better to book other hotels for stay as many number of hotels have come up in nellore.

GGuest UserThe hotel has given only one contact number and the employee who has the cellphone just simply kept it switched off as he was on leave. They must keep a phone permanently at hotel reception or have a landline installed at the premises.

GGuest UserThe stay at tejaswini grand was good and the service was excellent even the food at the restaurant was also clean and tasty. But the front office need improvement, it needs smart people who can be proactive so that the customer will have better experience.

GGuest UserThe stay was good. Last year i have been as well to the same place. This is my second time staying in this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful in all aspects. The complimentary breakfast was also good. The only concern was with a bit tight parking but still manageable. Thanks to the inn hotel.

GGuest UserIt is not like 4 star hotel. There was urine smell in the toilet and not cleaned properly. Even after complaining, they just spray the freshner. Lot of strain in the bed spread. Damage in floor. But the restaurant staffs were very polite and helpful. Food is good
