As you enter in this wellness retreat you will feel the warm welcoming energy and quietness of this place. Yoga and pranayama instructors are wise and supportive to make you learn the right motions and movements. Meals served are simple still delicious and joyful. You witness a life style of ease and joy.

It’s a wonderful place with very good food and it’s ideal for yoga practice. All the staff is very helpful and kind. The yoga teachers are amazing and they help you a lot to improve your postures. The rest of the activities like meditation, pranayama, chanting, etc. are also amazing. All of the spa treatments are wonderful as well.

Shreyas is one of the most serene beautiful and transformational places I have ever experienced. The environment itself on a sustainable farm is spectacular. The suites and pool area 5 star and the spa and treatments next level. The food is delicious and you feel so healthy and refuelled from all the goodness while being totally delicious and filling. But the truly best thing about Shreyas is the amazing staff you get to know who are beautiful warm calm and caring people from the doctors therapists and even security guards. Balla is a wonderful guru and I reconnected with my meditation practice after a long time and loved. Shreyas is perfect for everyone for the spiritual yogi to a novice looking for something new to experience in a beautiful part of India.

Wow what an amazing 6 night stay this was! I chose the Wellness for the Soul package and stayed right by the pool - it was just what I needed. From the welcome pickup at the airport to the final goodbye - a dream stay that exceeded expectations. The food was so deliciously creative and of restuarant quality, the daily massages were so nurturing and the daily yoga and group meditation set the tone for the day. Many many thanks and appreciation to Mani, Ramakant, Bela, Dr Akhil and Heena and all at Shreyas for the most memorable stay. Namaste

A truly amazing place. Beautiful grounds with an incredibly attentive staff. Delicious meals, great massages; a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Note: could be tough if you can’t bear to be away from your phone as use is discouraged on most of the property, but that’s kind of the point of coming to a yoga retreat.

Shreyas Retreat was great weekend experience, very clean and hygienic place. Food is excellent. Swimming pool is one of the best . Most exciting part was Yoga session of 90 minutes and 30 minutes Meditation session , very well organized , refreshing and good exercise. Service is too good. Overall we are happy to spend weekend at Shreyas which is close to Bangalore so its just 90 minutes drive.

At Shreyas the air feels so fresh, the food tastes so pure and the people feel so genuine that I prefer going there every time I want to take a wellness break or wish to take a good advice and account of my health and well being. Highly recommend Shreyas

As a yoga meditation retreat Shreyas has nailed it just right. The property is beautiful, has a right mix of comfort, luxury, holistic wellness. The team of yoga teachers is fantastic. The food- especially the soups and salads were so good. The spa is good- though I didn’t do any ayurvedic treatments. A big shout out to Rucha, Bala, Rita, Heena, Mani, Dinesh and the entire dining hall staff and the chefs. This is one place I am certainly going back to. Really ticked all the boxes for me.

Beautiful scenic place with lots of activities to rejuvenate ur mind and body. Had booked a stay for my parents. They thoroughly enjoyed the unique stay. Special thanks to Rucha mam and team for taking special care of them. It was a pleasant experience. Highly recommended.
