"起初體驗非常差，我預訂的兩室一廳的四人間，到了給我説沒有了衹有四張床在一個客廳的通間，我説網上圖片裏沒有看到這個房型呀，沒給我留房間嗎？前台説本身就是兩種房型，網上衹有其中一種照片。因為我們是老少三代人，所以住在一個通間不合適，要求換成兩個標間。前台又説讓我退了重買，這種時候臨時通知我四人間的特殊情況又在價格上漲的時候讓我退了重買，不能接受。中間通過攜程協調，經過一小時後終於把四人通間改成了裡外間。我一直要求四人間給我換成兩人間也行，開始前台讓我自己買，後來攜程介入後又告我沒房。等解決完我看各大平台都掛出來了空房，這不就是欺詐麼，如果不讓攜程介入我要損失多少！還一副你投訴我也沒辦法的樣子，簡直體驗太差！後續攜程溝通十分給力，給攜程大大的贊！對攜程的印象深刻好評，客人的強大有力後盾！入住後的體驗除了隔音一般以外，其他還好。所以要給入住後的服務點分數。位置離恐龍園、內鄉縣衙和鎮平距離都是中心位置，才選擇的這裏，恐怕不會再復購了。"
