Excelente ubicacion, el personal es extremadamente respetuoso , servicial y muy proactivo ( principalmente Carlos que muchacho tan colaborador! y la señora del aseo ) Hotel limpio, acogedor y tranquilo apesar de estar a dos cuadras de una zona de rumba no se oye el ruido. Viaje por trabajo , pero me acompaño mi familia unos dias ( mi Esposo y mi hijo de 2 años) para despues de la jornada conocer algo de Neiva. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de nosotros y de lo que necesitabamos sobretodo por el bebe. RECOMENDADISIMO! Sin dudarlo volveria a este hotel en mi proximo viaje! NUEVAMENTE MUCHAS GRACIAS POR ACOGERNOS, NOS SENTIMOS REALMENTE EN CASA!!!
