So I spend two nights of my seven nights of Andaman trip at Neil Island. And booked this resort online. From the photos I saw on website while booking, my family had high expectations from this resort and it turned out to be a tight decision to book this. We booked their luxary bliss cottages which are single cottages closer to the beach. There is a beautiful, well maintained garden right in front of the cottages and the other end of the garden opens to a gem of the beaches. It's almost untouched prestince beach, with hardly any disturbances from outside world, a lot of mangroves nearby making it look different from some of the other famous beaches there and crystal clear water. Apart from the location and properties, the more important reason for the memorable stay was the staff there. The staff members were very friendly and supportive. On the very first day during lunch, we met Ms. Dipti at the restaurant and she made sure we get the right food. She took care of all the specific requirements related to food for my kids and also for us. And made sure we get served well for all three days we were there. Also there is no Jio network and my bank accounts and all cards are connected to Jio phone. So while trying to book ferry online for my onwards trip to Havelock, I was in trouble as I was unable to make transaction online without the OTP. Again I requested the reception staff and Mr. Kulveer ji came to my rescue. He looks after the house keeping of the hotel and he got my ferry tickets booked from his account. Overall all the staff members were very friendly and smiling in nature. Me, my wife and two kids had amazing and unforgettable stay overall. Thanks
