We were extremely disappointed with the service and room provided to us. Apart from the bed and AC, every other amenities provided with the room was non-functional, including a bathroom door which would not close from outside. The bathroom was getting waterlogged after every use resulting in an obnoxious odor emanating into the room. Even after countless complaints, one which included my father going to reception and personally complaining, we did not receive any resolution. They did send 2 housekeeping staff to come and check, but they did not provide any resolution. Maybe because we were staying for just 1 night, it really did not matter to the management to provide a decent service. However, for us, this was the only blotch to our wonderful Andaman trip.

This resort is located right next to a beautiful beach..food ambience and everything about this place was really nice...had a gala time..I would like to thank the service staff for taking good care of us..specially hasibul one of their staff members made our stay very memorable and comforting..kudos to the team..keep up the good work ..lots of love from Pune ❤️✨would definitely visit again

We had a fantastic stay at Pearl Park Beach Resort, overlooking Lakshmanpur beach with stunning views. Evening star gazing from the resort was magical, and the lively pool area enhanced our enjoyment. The dinner buffet at Dugong Restaurant was delightful, featuring delicious veg soup, non-veg starter, standout paneer gravy, chicken, fish fry, and a delectable fruit punch dessert. Kudos to the chef! Our host, Mr. Hasibul, provided a warm welcome and excellent service, making for a memorable evening.

Stayed with 6 rooms - all garden facing from 103 to 108. Positives: Nice location. Laxmanpur beach is nearby and sunset is amazing here! Big Property. Good food. Courteous staff. Pool is fun with rain shower and great music. Negatives: Checkin gets delayed, huge crowd at the time of checkin.

We stayed for one night at Pearl Park resort on 17th January 2025. Check In process was delayed over 2 hours. Guests who came in after us were allotted rooms. When we asked the manager, he replied so harshly saying he will decide who gets the room and when. When asked why our check in is delayed, Staff did not even give reasons. Arrogant staff, Front end staff including the manager were very rude to us. After almost two hours of waiting Had to call my tour operator Journey Empires at Port Blair to explain the situation. Finally they interfered, to get our room allotted. Room No. 402, Pool facing rooms were given to us. When we checked in we realised, Western Toilet was broken below and had leakage. This led to extreme sewage stench smells inside the room. We informed the house keeping immediately. They just sprayed room freshener and went. The problem continued even after that. When asked for a room change, the manager refused to even talk to us and denied room change. Rudely replied saying anyways you are going to check out tomorrow, so adjust and stay. Entire night our family had to bear the Toilet smell and couldn't sleep due to the problem. We felt extremely let down due to their attitude. I will never ever recommend this hotel to anyone I took the tour through #JourneyEmpires, Port Blair. I hope both the resort and the tour operator take our feedback in the right note and look into this please.
