房間門有點卡頓覺得沒啥，可能太久了，結果廁所門也是關不上的，也不隔音，街景房有車聲就算了，大晚上的樓上一直有機器運轉的聲音，不曉得是啥子，機器運轉聲音過了又是鐵棍放地上的聲音，被吵醒幾次，處理問題的態度和方法也不太行，酒店外部環境不錯

房間衞生清潔很好無異味，早餐粉面味道不錯，環境安靜隔音正常。隆昌不錯的酒店我也住了七七八八，這一個綜合來説非常推薦。 但員工培訓方面還需加強。本人乘坐高鐵在下午四點二十，因而需要延遲退房。中午十二點向前台詢問延遲退房最晚能到幾點，得到最晚到五點的回覆，我説需要延遲到三點半，前台確認房間後説沒問題。而當我於三點半退房時，前台問我索取60元的超時費。延遲退房到兩點，超過需要繳納超時費很正常，我非常理解，但是這種情況下，前台有提醒交費的必要，否則很容易與客人產生矛盾！ 若是前台起初有説要交費我也會延遲退房，因為有這個需求。但在客人詢問時不提及，退房的時候直接要求客人交錢，挺倒胃口的。
