"We stayed only for one night and were happy there. The inn is close to the mall. You can park your car for free in front of the house. Breakfast provided was great. AC & hot water worked properly. Room is spacious. Minus point would be the mosquitos in the room, but they weren't that much. Could still sleep good."

"Reasonably maintained building, good water heater in both rooms I was at, reasonably fast and stable wifi, everyone was nice, professional an polite. was a comfortable 'home away from home' in Bacolod. Nice authentic filipino breakfast options for a 'foreigner' to taste some local food. Super central location. I was able to just walk everywhere."

"A place to stay for a quick stop in Bacolod, only stayed for a few hours since our flight was at midnight we decided to look for a place to rest and have a quick bath before going to the airport. Though the place is far from the airport, its accessible in the other parts of the city."

MmcspikyThis is my family's second time staying at Seda Hotel, and once again, they did not disappoint. The staff is incredibly kind and courteous, always quick to acknowledge and accommodate any requests. The breakfast was excellent—especially the coffee, which was a standout! LLorren A.We stayed one night at Takatuka Beach and had a wonderful experience! The room was magnificent so nice, clean, and uniquely designed. The food was absolutely delicious, and their sauce was fantastic! Everyone working there was friendly, approachable, and made us feel very welcome. The pool was spotless they clean it every day and the kids had so much fun swimming both in the pool and at the beach. I love how peaceful and calm the whole place feels, with the resort located right in front of the beach. We enjoyed it so much that I’ve already booked our next vacation here in July! Highly recommended! 🥰

GGuest UserReally nice, quiet hotel. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. The design, layout, fixtures and furnishings are exquisite and professionally installed , a rarity for the culture. The building's center atrium with a fish pond at the bottom is a fantastic concept, but poorly ventilated making the 4 floors of viewing windows dirty and disappointing. As an architect, my advice is to remove the fishpond, substitute white rocks for easy viewing and keep it dry. It would be an ideal place for all those birds so beautifully portrayed throughout the hotel. We loved the breakfast!

GGuest UserThe location is good for a good time like company outing, over weekend beach fun. It’s about 6 kilometers from the city proper. Not good idea if you don’t have service as it’s far from the main road. The road is not quite easy it’s a rough not cemented, but the place is worth to spend the weekend, the room is spacious, ac is working fine, no internet while I was there, had a tv with movies available, there is a water heater for a shower, unfortunately it’s not working when I was check in, no sink in the bathroom, bring your toiletries as it’s not provided. The staff and the owner is very accommodating so it was worth to stay. But I cannot recommend for a tourist or just town visiting a little harder to move around, oh by the way if your allergic to dog be careful they 2 big one, but really polite and friendly not a problem at all.

AAnonymous UserLocation is close to port and near SM bacolod. Breakfast is okay. The wave pool works but is not turmed on often. We o ly experienced the waves once for 5 mins. The pool needs to be cleaned. Parking is no problem. Overall a good place for a fair price..

GGuest UserAvenue Suites Hotel is in a great location. Close to the bustling heart of everything. The only negative is its a little pricey, compared to some of its much cheaper competitors, who are not quite so centrally located. Is paying a higher price worth the better location and slightly better facilities? The answer to this of course, will depend entirely on the individual traveller and his budget.

GGuest UserThe hotel is situated in the downtown area making it very accessible to the different go to places in the City like malls, restaurants, stores selling local food products, even the parks where one can stroll and enjoy the local delicacies. Transportation available are tricycles, jeepneys, and modern mini buses. Grab cars are also easily bookable.
The hotel is 35 years old so the interior is expectedly dated but surprisingly well-maintained. The employees are very accommodating and polite making the stay truly relaxing.
There are weekend activities at the poolside, namely acoustic night on Fridays and a DJ playing music favorites from different eras on Saturdays. I think these events can attract more customers if they are advertised well in the hotel and its vicinity.

TTaehyungshieThe place was good. However, accomodation wise, it was stressful. The owner of the unit did not provide us the room number so the front desk personnel had to scour all sources to find the right unit. It was not organized properly and owner did not communicate prior to our arrival. We had to get the keys from a locked mailbox. So imagine the hassle and difficulty of reaching out those keys and keycard which were not inside the pouch. It was stressful.
The first thing that greeted us upon entering the unit is a broken mirror on the table, incorrect wifi password and complicated door locks.
We had to ask the receptionists downstairs for the owner's contact number so that we can have a wifi access.
Lastly, we hate it that the pool is only open from 6am-9pm. I mean, can't you make it accessible until 11pm at least for some guests prefer to swim late in the night.
Overall, it was an okay experience. Will come back but will not rent tge same unit because the owner is irresponsible and inconsiderate. We wanted to de stress but checking in was not smooth sailing given the fact that it was expensive but paid beforehand.
P.S. Please tell the owner to be give extra care to the guests and not be a burden.
