This place is amazing and it has so much alcohol and I love to drink it so so much and I love Sasha-lee for dancing really good.

This was our third trip to Beaches resort in Negril, Jamaica. It gets better every time we visit. The employees are top notch. They go out of their way to make sure everything is going well. The entertainment team is amazing! Very talented young people.

We had the best time at Beaches Negril thanks our butlers Oran and Shanice who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. We are looking forward to going back in 2027. It’s like our home away from home. It’s always hard to leave but you anticipate your next stay.

I was recently asked, if I ever go anywhere besides Jamaica. I explained that I love it there because of the people. Selena in concierge at Beaches Negril represents all of the love these people are. When we checked in, we were helped by Selena. My first order of business was to secure a cabana for every day of our trip (they are only available for rent when on property). I explained that I had to stay in the shade. She was able to secure a cabana for all but one day, she told me not to worry, she’d find me shade for that day too. Not only did she find me shade, but unbeknownst to me, she also arranged pool art in my honor. I scolded her because she made me cry. The beautiful Jamaican people are why I go back again and again.

Where do I begin? This is my second visit to Beaches Negril in Jamaica. I want to say first that the people that work there are mostly friendly and In particular we loved Rose who brought us food and drinks in our cabana, she was so lovely. Since I was last there in 2022 the resort had done many wonderful updates I loved the food trucks and generally the property seemed refreshed. However, we had booked a beachfront concierge room which had 2 beds and a "pull out couch" see the picture below. How is that a pull out couch? My mom and I travelled with my 13 year old son. There was no way anyone could sleep on that. When I called to be moved and they said "they were fully booked". That was interesting, the resort didn't appear fully booked. What they should've said is many of the rooms are under CONSTRUCTION in particular where we were which was the "Montpellier" rooms. No one informed us at any point that part of the resort was under construction. We had friends who had to move out late in the night from the smell of paint and fumes. Now, I will tell you that the first day mom FELL into a ditch at the restaurant by the water. I told them they should've put up a sign that said "Don't walk here for personnel only" they said "We shouldn't have been walking there", my mom is 82. Even after her falling and everyone seemed VERY CONCERNED no one bothered to put up a sign or a rope marking off a ditch that can easily be a problem for anyone... Also be aware that having a "Concierge" room only means that someone will walk with you to your room upon checking in and then never appear again. She promised to book me a "snorkeling adventure" the next day and a restaurant booking both NEVER was done. I had to go to the concierge desk and ask. Also, I am a returning Beaches guest and my mom has been to Sandals before. One night we were walking by and saw a party for "Returning Sandals/Beaches guests" when I asked why I was not invited they asked me my room number and went to check to see if I was on the "list". They couldn't even find me at all in the system. When I showed them my prior visit on my app. they looked uninterested and still didn't offer to invite us in. The next day I got a call about this and they told me they invited me by dropping off a folder in my room. How was I to know that? It was buried under a bunch of other papers. What I told them is that it would've been nice to have received a simple phone call letting me know that they "dropped some folder" off in my room with an invite in there for the party. I mean I don't think It matter anymore except the guy kept calling my room asking me who I spoke to at the party and what he looked like. I mean for real? Just send over a bottle of champagne or an apology for the mistake would've been great. It just put a bad taste in my mouth, my mom was celebrating her 82nd birthday and while the beach is beautiful and the food is good, why spend that kind money to be treated so poorly and lied to. Sean (pronounced Se-On) was great! He was such a cool young man & quickly made friends with my teenagers. Even came to hang out with them on his day off. It’s employees like him that make the experience feel like home. Also - The staff at the dive shop were AMAZING to my husband, helped him get certified to Lionfish hunt & went on a successful hunt!

Beautiful resort for family vacation. Very kid friendly, as well as adult friendly. Food is phenomenal! No complaints at all. Everything was delicious and so many different food/restaurants to choose from. Staff is very friendly. Resort is very clean, including common area bathrooms. Room staff came twice per day to clean and then again in the evening to replenish towels, empty garbages and turn down beds. My family are not usually “swim in the ocean” kind of people. This beach is the best I’ve ever been to. Blue water, can see straight to the bottom. White, soft sand with no stones, rocks or broken shells. We spent many days in this ocean. I would highly recommend this resort!!!

I think my 10 year old said it all when he said "mom this is the BEST vacation I have ever been on!". I hesitated booking such an expensive vacation but it was honestly worth every penny and we have already booked our next stay! Right from the Sandals lounge at the Montego Bay airport where your luggage is taken care of while you get drinks and snacks. We waited about 5 minutes for our transportation to the resort and the bus driver was amazing. He shared tons of facts about Jamaica and showed us all different places along the coastline! Arriving at Concierge, we were told our travel agent has forgotten to put notes that we wanted adjoining rooms and our rooms were located at opposite ends of the resort. Sabrina from concierge jumped into auction. While she sorted out the room situation, we were escorted to a restaurant and right away were treated like family. A feeling that never stopped our entire trip. I have never been to a tips included all inclusive so I really wasn't sure what to expect but the staff at this resort truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. Even our housekeeper, Tashel, checked in with us every morning and planned her day around when she knew we would be out of our room. She even learned to make all sorts of different animals with our towels to make the kiddos smile everyday. Many of the staff work at multiple restaurants throughout the resort so you get to know them well throughout your stay! They look out for your kids and that really does give you the sense of family. Camesha made sure the kiddos were using their manners at the YoYos frozen yogurt bar, helped them pour the Froyo and even helped them find the washroom. She was a wonderful auntie! Each bartender seems to have their own drink creation and we loved trying them all! Our favorite had to be the "Mark Special" from the Piazza Pool. Even when we were halfway across the waterpark he would call to us, saying hello and somehow noticed when our drinks were empty and brought us more! The beach is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my whole life! It was shallow enough for the kids, super soft sand, a huge beachfront with lots of shade and plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy! They even have servers coming around taking drink orders! Though the water park is small the kids had a blast on the two slides and in the lazy river! And it was nice that it was small enough that we could see them no matter which chairs we sat in. The restaurants and the food was to die for! Our favorite breakfast spot was the brand new Stella restaurant on the beach! It opens at 8am and can get busy but the most amazing breakfast you have ever had! There is nothing like sipping a mimosa, drinking delicious blue mountain coffee and hearing the waves! Another favorite was our dinner at Stewfish, lunch at the pizza place and chicken dippers and late night crepes at cafe de Paris!! The kids favorite dinners were the sushi and teppana

My now wife and I went for our wedding. The views and food are amazing and all of the resort amenities are phenomenal. But above all else the thing that truly makes this resort special is the staff. Here are some staff members that absolutely went above and beyond and I pray they are recognized for their amazing service. Concierge Hillroy - Amazing supervisor. We were lucky enough to have Hillroy in the room where my groomsman and I got ready. So much fun and he made sure everything was amazing for us at every moment. Donovan - absolutely awesome. Took care of us every step of the way. While my wife and I waited to move to our room for the honeymoon, Donovan not only escorted us around the resort. Took us to one restaurant and got us food from two other restaurants, made sure we were served promptly and took care of our every need. Entertainment Delly - One of the best staff members by far. Delly is so much fun and gets along with everyone of all ages. And absolute blast to be around and always said hello to us any time we saw him around the resort and knew us by name. From staff volleyball, to talking with us during the cooking class, Delly is truly someone my whole family can call a friend in Jamaica. Dershea - So much fun and great vibes always. She makes for a great team with Delly and she was a ton of fun. JoJo - My family and I love JoJo and she even joined us as a bartender while we got ready for the wedding. She will literally not let you be bored. Such a good time and a great person. Shaneak - Best bartender out there. Was a great time every time we were lucky enough to be around her. So grateful to have her as the bartender for our wedding and she was always thrilled to see us even after the wedding!! Conrad - He showed us around our first night had a great time. Played pool with us and even partied at club liquid with my family. Awesome guy!! Butlers Tawani - MY GIRL TAWANI not only did she go above and beyond as a butler, she also located a lost phone from a family member who has left the island, had it returned to us safely, and she even went further to decorate our room to make it extra romantic for our first night alone as husband and wife. Would go back to Beaches Negril just to hang out with her. Anthony - An amazingly professional, fun and experienced butler, Anthony was so friendly and was always accommodating our every need, most of the team before we could even ask. If you’re lucky enough to have him as a butler make sure you ask for his signature peach mojito, it’s one of the best drinks you’ll ever have. The best family vacation we have ever taken!! The best food, the customer service was excellent, the entertaining was out of this world and the facilities were perfect!! Montoya and Shanea in concierge were the two ladies that were behind the scenes in making our stay so magical! Colleen and Janice from the Red Lane Spa gave my husband and I the best couples massage. Bartenders like Leon, Shannon, Janice and Mario are unbeatable. I have never found people so happy to make us a drink. Not to mention very good drinks. They were also amazing at mocktails. Rochelle from the Loyalty group did everything to accommodate us. I would book a trip with them anytime. Kemar was the best life guard. He always had something funny to say or something sweet to make us smile daily. Every. Single. Employee at the Cafe De Paris were so happy to serve us daily and always had a warm smile for us on the morning. Edgor was such a fun chef! He can make a mean Mexican beef taco and Mexican hamburger. Jesica was our housekeeper. She always made our room so clean and cheerful. Always greeted us with a smile. There’s so many more people to shout out to for being so so kind. I will post their pictures below. I can hardly wait to return for our third year in a row!! This Beaches resort is by far the best family resort there is.

Group of 4 woman, 1 with CP requiring specific accommodations like roll in shower, beach chair suitable for ocean and beach, and lift to get into pools/hot tub, and grab bars in every public restroom. The beach chair provided by beaches was ok. Had trouble with turning and steering, thankfully we brought our own chair. We were provided with a shower chair, which worked, but it was a struggle with no roll in shower. We were at least able to get into the ocean instead of the pool because of the no lift device. Overall, the staff, the experience went very well. Everyone is so welcoming, and happy. Food was great, pretty basic, but still good. But this was a 10 day trip and we made the best of it for not having a lift, or roll in shower. I would recommend updating your beach chair and having more then one, installing grab bars in more bathrooms with non stick flooring because floors will be wet, installing a lift chair for pool and remodeling some bathrooms with roll in shower access. Another thing, we scheduled to be picked up at a specific time at check out and requested a van with ramp for wheelchair and after an hour waiting, they found a last min driver. So not sure what that mix up was. Again overall it was a great experience and we made the best of it.

We’ve had great experiences at other Sandals resorts, but this stay left us disappointed from start to finish. At Sangster Airport, it was hard to find any Beaches staff — third-party porters stepped in instead, immediately asking for tips. We had pre-requested a booster seat for our child, which was not provided. Check-in was frustrating. Despite being in the concierge lounge, we waited longer than others and were placed in a downgraded room for the first night. Dining reservations were difficult to secure and required repeated follow-ups. Housekeeping came at odd hours, and our final room had maintenance issues (loose towel bar, broken drain). Dining was inconsistent. Soy and Stella’s were decent, but many restaurants had long waits, slow service, and unavailable items. Cabanas and food trucks sounded great in theory, but staff were hard to find and service was slow. Bars opened late, and drinks were often unavailable or watered down. The beach was beautiful — the highlight of our trip. Unfortunately, service across the resort was lacking, and staff often seemed frustrated or uninterested in helping. Based on this experience, we would not return to this location.

The service from airport to airport was amazing. The team here at Beaches Negril was very welcoming and accommodating. They often recalled our names, asked about our stay and ensured we had what we needed. We have a few team members that made our time here in Jamaica very special: On the boats: Julian (King Julian), Creton (Baba) and Raj… they treated by children like their own and went out of their way to ensure our youngest got a sand dollar and conch shell. On the last day they gave our youngest a big hug and continued to show their kind hearts. In the restaurant: Our 11 and 8 year old children made a home at Soy for a nightly round of Sushi. Cameila took note of their demeanor and made sure to check in on them regardless of where she was working. She made them a bracelet to remember their time in Jamaica. In the beach bar: Cameisha was amazing! Always friendly and ready for a fun conversation while creating whatever we asked for (or didn’t, she always had a speciality ready to go). She was great with the kids as well. At the beach: Kamar took note of our family on the first day. With 12 of us (6 kids aged 4-13) being close to the water park was essential. Kamar made sure we had our space reserved even when he was off. He was friendly, welcoming and checked in throughout the day to see what he could do to help. The resort is clean and the beach is amazing! The water sports are accessible and very fun (knee board, wake board, skiing, banana boat) along with the paddle board, trike, hobie and kayak. Lots of sand dollars, star fish (of all sizes), rays and tons of fish! The people are nothing short of amazing! The rooms are a little dated, but that’s not a large concern as when you’re in Jamaica you’re outside most of the time.
