Beaches Negril Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

Beautiful resort for family vacation. Very kid friendly, as well as adult friendly. Food is phenomenal! No complaints at all. Everything was delicious and so many different food/restaurants to choose from. Staff is very friendly. Resort is very clean, including common area bathrooms. Room staff came twice per day to clean and then again in the evening to replenish towels, empty garbages and turn down beds. My family are not usually “swim in the ocean” kind of people. This beach is the best I’ve ever been to. Blue water, can see straight to the bottom. White, soft sand with no stones, rocks or broken shells. We spent many days in this ocean. I would highly recommend this resort!!!

I think my 10 year old said it all when he said "mom this is the BEST vacation I have ever been on!". I hesitated booking such an expensive vacation but it was honestly worth every penny and we have already booked our next stay! Right from the Sandals lounge at the Montego Bay airport where your luggage is taken care of while you get drinks and snacks. We waited about 5 minutes for our transportation to the resort and the bus driver was amazing. He shared tons of facts about Jamaica and showed us all different places along the coastline! Arriving at Concierge, we were told our travel agent has forgotten to put notes that we wanted adjoining rooms and our rooms were located at opposite ends of the resort. Sabrina from concierge jumped into auction. While she sorted out the room situation, we were escorted to a restaurant and right away were treated like family. A feeling that never stopped our entire trip. I have never been to a tips included all inclusive so I really wasn't sure what to expect but the staff at this resort truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience possible. Even our housekeeper, Tashel, checked in with us every morning and planned her day around when she knew we would be out of our room. She even learned to make all sorts of different animals with our towels to make the kiddos smile everyday. Many of the staff work at multiple restaurants throughout the resort so you get to know them well throughout your stay! They look out for your kids and that really does give you the sense of family. Camesha made sure the kiddos were using their manners at the YoYos frozen yogurt bar, helped them pour the Froyo and even helped them find the washroom. She was a wonderful auntie! Each bartender seems to have their own drink creation and we loved trying them all! Our favorite had to be the "Mark Special" from the Piazza Pool. Even when we were halfway across the waterpark he would call to us, saying hello and somehow noticed when our drinks were empty and brought us more! The beach is the most beautiful thing I have ever seen in my whole life! It was shallow enough for the kids, super soft sand, a huge beachfront with lots of shade and plenty of chairs for everyone to enjoy! They even have servers coming around taking drink orders! Though the water park is small the kids had a blast on the two slides and in the lazy river! And it was nice that it was small enough that we could see them no matter which chairs we sat in. The restaurants and the food was to die for! Our favorite breakfast spot was the brand new Stella restaurant on the beach! It opens at 8am and can get busy but the most amazing breakfast you have ever had! There is nothing like sipping a mimosa, drinking delicious blue mountain coffee and hearing the waves! Another favorite was our dinner at Stewfish, lunch at the pizza place and chicken dippers and late night crepes at cafe de Paris!! The kids favorite dinners were the sushi and teppana

The service from airport to airport was amazing. The team here at Beaches Negril was very welcoming and accommodating. They often recalled our names, asked about our stay and ensured we had what we needed. We have a few team members that made our time here in Jamaica very special: On the boats: Julian (King Julian), Creton (Baba) and Raj… they treated by children like their own and went out of their way to ensure our youngest got a sand dollar and conch shell. On the last day they gave our youngest a big hug and continued to show their kind hearts. In the restaurant: Our 11 and 8 year old children made a home at Soy for a nightly round of Sushi. Cameila took note of their demeanor and made sure to check in on them regardless of where she was working. She made them a bracelet to remember their time in Jamaica. In the beach bar: Cameisha was amazing! Always friendly and ready for a fun conversation while creating whatever we asked for (or didn’t, she always had a speciality ready to go). She was great with the kids as well. At the beach: Kamar took note of our family on the first day. With 12 of us (6 kids aged 4-13) being close to the water park was essential. Kamar made sure we had our space reserved even when he was off. He was friendly, welcoming and checked in throughout the day to see what he could do to help. The resort is clean and the beach is amazing! The water sports are accessible and very fun (knee board, wake board, skiing, banana boat) along with the paddle board, trike, hobie and kayak. Lots of sand dollars, star fish (of all sizes), rays and tons of fish! The people are nothing short of amazing! The rooms are a little dated, but that’s not a large concern as when you’re in Jamaica you’re outside most of the time.

January 8-14th week was a blast! Let's talk about how stunningly beautiful this resort, beach and water is, but also the amazing staff here! The people here feel like family! Kind, loving, very helpful in so many ways! My husband is in a wheelchair and needed assistance for snorkeling, Anne Marie was so helpful with all my questions to see if my husband could also go snorkeling. Julian aka King Julian and Creton aka Baba were so patience and helpful getting him on/off the boat and helping in the water. This was such a treat for him to be able to experience with me and the kids. Thank you, you are the best! The entertainment is awesome and so friendly! Shanae, Delly, Daveion, Alexisa, and Josh were so amazing and friendly and made our week from their friendly smiles and hellos, to fun conversations and their amazing talents! Lorenzo in watersports, gave us an amazing ride on the Hobi and loved hearing about the surrounding areas and about other offerings they have for other adventures. We had so much fun! Tazalee, Lasmore, Stacy Ann, were awesome every day and loved how they knew our orders and names after a day! Brandon, Dave, Delano and Ralaigh (prob spelled wrong) from Kimonos made it so fun for my birthday, we came back and again for more fun! The food was so good and the atmosphere was fire! Haha, the talent of cooking but also singing was truly one of our favorite moments here. Dwayne, our photographer was awesome and so patient and understanding with the wheelchair needs. We loved our photos and highly recommend! Candice was also such a a sweetheart and enjoyed chatting with her and getting quick pics with her throughout the week. Shawn and and Dwayne were very helpful at the pools and so friendly. Your staff here does not go unnoticed! They truly made our trip even better and Beaches Negril forever has our hearts! Go see this beautiful resort, but even more beautiful people! Thank you each and every one of you!

We traveled as a group of twelve (six adults and six kids) to Beaches Negril in September and everyone had an amazing time! This was our first time at Beaches after several stays at Sandals resorts as a couple and found it to be the perfect family vacation spot. Beaches Negril had everything we could want, but was small enough that we felt comfortable giving the kids some freedom to go off on their own on occasion. The staff was friendly and the nightly entertainment was fun for the kids and adults. Overall we were impressed with the food, it wasn’t gourmet dining but was very good, especially for an all inclusive. The best food was probably Yaku, but the portions are much smaller than what we would consider “family-style” so I recommend ordering a little more than you think you need. Kimonos was also a favorite. Like many of the other reviews, Mariachi was our least favorite dinner, but we discovered on our last day that lunch there is really good. I also really liked all of the quick lunch options with the food trucks and BBQ Park. We’ve been to resorts before where lunch takes a long time and you lose out on time on the beach or by the pool. Our room was well kept and the beach and sunset were as beautiful as advertised. The kids spent a lot of time on the water slides, the water sports were excellent, and there are many pools and bars to choose from across the property. Any vacation at Beaches Negril would have been amazing, but ours was taken to another level by our incredible butlers Shanice and Roshane! I could fill this entire review with all of the extra things they did on top of typical butler responsibilities to make the vacation special but I’ll just give a few quick examples. Our first day we finished a snorkeling tour at 12:30 and as we got off of the boat hungry Shanice was waiting to meet us and take us to our beach cabana where she had already started setting up an array of her favorite dishes from restaurants around the resort for our lunch – that was when I realized our butlers were on top of things and knew what we were going to need before we even thought to ask about it, and that was consistent throughout the week. They organized our schedule for activities and meals, engaged with us in many great conversations about life on the island, entertained us (Roshane is secretly an award winning bartender!), and planned two unforgettable sunset dinners on our roof top terrace (also a shout out to our chef for those meals Melecia for the incredible food). They are really good people who are great at their job! One other person I want to call out is Captain Morgan. Our room and beach area was on the far end of the property away from where the daytime entertainment took place. Captain Morgan came down to chat with us a few times, and one day showed up with a soccer ball. He set up goals out of shoes and started a soccer game with the kids. We just left beaches Negril. The staff is mostly amazing especially the concierge ladies Sabriena and Matonya going to miss them the most. Shout out to Kenny at loyalty desk, Marlo at the beach party and Alfred for taking care of our luggage. My daughter had an amazing spa day with Hopal Jamaica does the best massages. If your looking for things to do find Usher on the beach he will set you up for parasailing and any activities. He arranged for us to have a private boat with the Little Reefers this was the best and biggest boat I’ve went on. The crew were amazing with the little kids we went snorkeling to the caves ricks cafe and just having fun on the huge slide on the boat! If you can take Joe Cool company round trip instead of beaches bus fantastic driver had ice water and red stripe installed car seats for the little ones and drove nicely highly recommended . Limited dinner restaurants but Kimona and soy were the best. Raheem is the best very animated. The only complaints we have is they are need of more restaurants for dinners, change the doors and bathroom shutters so the room can be more sound proof we had people running around yelling and slamming doors waking the babies. Our biggest issue was the dirty cups returned to the bar were quickly rinsed and put back with the clean ones which made me mostly stick to bottled water. That was really gross.
