Beaches Negril Resort and Spa - All Inclusive

We just left beaches Negril. The staff is mostly amazing especially the concierge ladies Sabriena and Matonya going to miss them the most. Shout out to Kenny at loyalty desk, Marlo at the beach party and Alfred for taking care of our luggage. My daughter had an amazing spa day with Hopal Jamaica does the best massages. If your looking for things to do find Usher on the beach he will set you up for parasailing and any activities. He arranged for us to have a private boat with the Little Reefers this was the best and biggest boat I’ve went on. The crew were amazing with the little kids we went snorkeling to the caves ricks cafe and just having fun on the huge slide on the boat! If you can take Joe Cool company round trip instead of beaches bus fantastic driver had ice water and red stripe installed car seats for the little ones and drove nicely highly recommended . Limited dinner restaurants but Kimona and soy were the best. Raheem is the best very animated. The only complaints we have is they are need of more restaurants for dinners, change the doors and bathroom shutters so the room can be more sound proof we had people running around yelling and slamming doors waking the babies. Our biggest issue was the dirty cups returned to the bar were quickly rinsed and put back with the clean ones which made me mostly stick to bottled water. That was really gross.

This resort was AWESOME! We came as part of a wedding, so we only spent Thursday-Sunday at the resort. All I can say is that I cannot wait to come back with the rest of our family (we have three children who did not attend the wedding). There is SO MUCH to do both on the resort, and as far as excursions go. Parasailing, tubing, a water park, water slides, 12 restaurants, scuba diving, you name it. It's all available and easy to access. The staff were amazing and accommodating in every way imaginable. If you need anything, the concierge or front desk are a call or quick visit away. They will get you what you need, no matter how big or small! The food wasn't the *best* we've had at resorts, but it was a solid 4.0-4.5 out of 5. For a family-friendly place that doesn't really cater to fine dining crowds, I think that's beyond what one might expect. Especially since most of the food was coming off a buffet for us. While you're there, make sure you try the "Blaze Fiah" hot sauce!!!

My kids and I recently spent 8 days at Beaches Negril. It was the best vacation my kids and I have ever been on. The service is incredible. All of the staff knew my kids names by day 2. The manager even found me to say hello and knew me just by walking by. Michelle you are incredible. Lorenzo in the water sports went above and beyond with my twins. Teaching them how to knee board and took us out sailing 3 times. He even met us today on our last day at 7am to go on a private snorkel with us because my twins asked him to. He is the rare kind of human who really made our trip. He even took time to just check on us. Speaking of snorkeling book the private tour at 7am. Our captain poppy was awesome and it was the best snorkel I have ever been on seeing sea turtles and stingrays and the most beautiful Cooral it is definitely worth the private adventure. You also have the opportunity to be in a cabana. Nordell was awesome. We loved it so much that we booked it twice. The ladies in Dinos pizzeria are so sweet. They knew my son’s name and asked why they did not come for their daily pizza. The photographers are aweome as well. Nicolette was fantastic. Book the session and buy the photos. Everything was perfect. Thank you beaches for making us apart of the family. We cannot wait to come back. It was the most amazing week.

Our experience at Beaches Negril was absolutely incredible, and the amazing performers truly made it unforgettable. This resort is already spectacular, but having such top-tier entertainment was the cherry on top! Delly was phenomenal, not only organizing our volleyball games but also remembering us from our visit three years ago! His energy, kindness, and flawless performances left a lasting impression. The choreography throughout the shows was perfection. Jhon and Elvin blew us away with their daring stunts and fire-breathing – it was simply unbelievable what they could do! On top of their incredible talents, they were so sweet and friendly during the day. Dershea and Nea Nea lit up the stage with their breathtaking dance moves, exuding grace and energy in every performance. Their kindness and warmth during the day made us feel right at home. And then there were Sheboyah and Kendell – their voices were absolutely stunning, with every note filled with passion and artistry. Shamar, the lifeguard, truly made our stay unforgettable. Every single day, he greeted us with a warm smile and remembered us, which made us feel so special. His dedication to going above and beyond to ensure we were having an amazing time was unmatched. Whether it was offering helpful tips, checking in on us by the pool, or simply brightening our day with his friendly personality, Shamar’s genuine care and enthusiasm stood out. His exceptional service added so much to our experience, and we’re so grateful for the lasting impression he left on us. This entertainment team elevated our stay to a whole new level. Their talent, dedication, and genuine friendliness made this trip extra special. Birthday Celebration We traveled to celebrate our twins’ birthday, and we want to thank everyone involved in making this day unforgettable. From the organizers and decorators to the entertainment team, photographers, and Sesame Street characters—thank you for creating a birthday our children will remember forever. You are amazing! 2. Location The location of Beaches Negril is stunning! The landscaping is beautiful, with plenty of greenery and flowers everywhere. The entire property is clean, the beach is wide and pristine, the sand is soft, and the water feels like warm milk. 3. Staff Nearly all the staff at the resort are incredibly friendly, professional, and dedicated to their work. We especially want to highlight the amazing Manager Miss Danielle Daley—what can we say? Meeting someone with such a big heart and soul is rare. She is kind, approachable, and always willing to help, even with things that don’t require her attention. She is the first one at work in the morning and stays late into the night. Danielle, you are a true professional and make the resort feel like home. You will always remain the best part of our Jamaican experience. Thank you for everything you did for us and our family! We also want to thank our concierge, Miss Shane Malcolm—you are amazing! Spa and Kids Club The spa is a wonderful place, and we highly recommend it. The Kids Club is exceptional—world-class! Thank you for creating such a fantastic experience for the kids. 5. Food The food is excellent almost everywhere in the resort. Our favorite restaurants were the Peruvian and Asian cuisine spots. The chef at the Asian restaurant, who was also celebrating a birthday, was phenomenal—thank you so much! However, the Japanese restaurant was disappointing. The food was subpar, and the service was cold. We ended up leaving quickly. 6. Housekeeping Unfortunately, housekeeping was below expectations. Our villa was not cleaned well, and it seemed like the floors were never mopped. Despite multiple requests, the situation didn’t improve. 7. Maintenance Issues The resort is not new, and many public areas are in poor condition. Bar awnings are torn, children’s playgrounds have damaged flooring, and water slides are in bad shape. While the villas are beautiful and modern, the resort as a whole is in serious need of renovation. For the price charged, these issues should not exist. Beaches Negril is an absolute must! This was our second time at the resort. Excellent facilities, beautiful pools, easy access to the beach, family fun, shows, and great food. All activities are designed for families. Above it all are the people who will take care of you. The customer service is far and away the highest we have ever experienced (even better than Disney). Our relationships with the staff members has become one of true friendships. We are already planning our third visit.
