Best hotel ever in would recommend

1. There was a big stereo type when they found out that we were locals. 2. There was a leak in the bathroom, numerous complaints and nothing was done. water leaking directly on the toilet seat didn't know it it was Grey water or clean water. 3. Buffet line especially breakfast was always run out of items. 4. Had to wait 15 minutes to be seated for Buffet breakfast. And was never offered any water. Had to asked for silverware.

Review: Azul Beach Resort Negril Travel & Location • The resort is about 1.5 hours from Montego Bay airport, so prepare for a long drive — not ideal if you get motion sickness. • Avoid landing on Fridays — traffic to Negril can easily stretch the trip to 3 hours. Arrival & Check-In • Greeting was underwhelming: no cold towels or welcome drinks (others received them, we didn’t). • Reception staff didn’t explain how the resort works, where the restaurants are, or give us basic orientation. Food & Restaurants • Restaurant availability is inconsistent. At night, usually only 2 restaurants (sometimes with a buffet) are open. • No clear communication — the app is unreliable, and you constantly have to ask the lobby which places are open. • Buffets lack air conditioning and often run out of food/items. • Coffee is only available at one lobby bar; items like flavorings or even bottled water run out. • Food quality: average (2.5/5) — edible but not memorable. Portions and certain items (Jamaican patties, piña colada mix, snacks) run out quickly. • Room service is limited — e.g., ordered fries but received plantain fries instead. Pools & Facilities • Advertised adult-only pools are not enforced — kids are present. • Some pools are in poor condition with cracks. • Snack/beach bars run out of food if you don’t go early. Rundown, rooms need a huge refresh, inconsistent restaurant availability. Not enough umbrellas at pool or on beach. Main pool looked abandoned and no one swam there because it didn't look welcoming.

This hotel need more entertainment, the staff is very nice,the food is not good ,the site say 9 restaurants, but almost closed, the security is good ,we feeling safe all the time..pool is dirty ,im very disappointed,

it was good quiet, but some of the furniture requires renovation. good will from employees, need more air conditioning in spaces for dinner. but in general a good place.
