We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful resort. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped and comfortable with all the amenities. Nice sea view rooms. This is the best place in negambo if you search a relaxing holiday. Pool and surroundings are amazing. Restaurant staff were friendly and always with a smile. Special thank to chathuranga. It’s too old. In short, apart from the gallery, Jetwing Group’s hotels in Sri Lanka are worthy of praise. The other lagoon and lighthouse I have stayed in are too old. Moreover, because they are the works of local national treasure designers, the prices are relatively high, and they are not cost-effective hotels.

I booked this hotel because the airport was near, and I checked in at midnight. The boss was very enthusiastic. The waiter was sweaty and took 2 towels from a pile of towels for us. In the dim light of the room, we found that the sheets and towels were dirty, and we slept without taking off our clothes. The room is very big, the bathroom door cannot be locked, it leads to another door, it is a bit broken, others can come in our bathroom from the outside! Before 5 o'clock in the morning to catch the plane, we two girls each moved more than 30 kilograms of luggage from the top floor in the dark. We woke up the staff when we couldn’t get a taxi. It turned out that we had already called a taxi for us yesterday. We were shocked when we saw a tuk-tuk with three wheels, and the price doubled. We didn’t want to because we couldn’t fit our luggage and safety reasons. After the ride, the driver left angrily and said: You are rich, but our country is poor. We were very uncomfortable. The hotel's mistake did not inform us of the price and the price of the taxi, which caused the driver to misunderstand. After that, the hotel has been unable to help me call a car or arrange a car to go to the airport. When the plane is about to be delayed, we finally found a car on the side of the dark road, which is a blessing in misfortune. It is recommended not to stay in an informal hotel if the flight is early, in case the travel cannot be guaranteed, it will be very troublesome.

Clingy dogs, friendly Sri Lankans, delicious seafood, and we were automatically upgraded to a room type. However, some waiters have the bad habit of asking for tips, so it is recommended to carry the suitcase yourself. Jetwing Sea is more affordable than Beach Blue, and is slightly one kilometer further than the bustling neighborhood.

Very good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel grounds and the rooms were very well maintained. The food in the restaurant was excellent and reasonably priced (lunch and dinner). The free transfer was excellent, journey time about 15 minutes. I will definitely come back. Thank you to the friendly staff.

Stayed here for a week, I think I really like this hotel. Because it is a decision after comparing Trip.com and booking. The housekeeper Saman is very good. When I arrived late at night, I needed to contact him. He would drive a Tuktuk car to the gate to help me with my luggage. They will also care about the movement of the guests and remind me to pay attention to safety late at night. The room was very clean, with a kettle and mineral water, and the air conditioning was very good. There was no mention of hot water in the room, in fact hot water was provided, but you may need to bring your own slippers and toothpaste toothbrush. Another is that this is more like a private garden, although there is the occasional sound of planes flying, but most of the time it is very quiet. Especially they have tried loading wifi. And the hotel has its own kitchen, you can also consult the housekeeper if you want to use it. English communication is more important, but there is a translator estimated to be no problem. Recommend this hotel to everyone.

The environment is not bad, very quiet, with pick-up service! The same as domestic bed and breakfasts, a 3-person bed and breakfast hotel. Just don’t let the hotel arrange a car. The arranged car is too expensive. Download Uber and Pickme from your mobile phone to call a car in Colombo. It is very convenient and not expensive. Except for the airport pick-up, don’t let the hotel arrange a car for you. It's several times more expensive!

This place is excellent for a stay. Especially if coming to or from the international airport. Our welcome was friendly and efficient. The room is excellent, pristine and equipped for all that is needed for our overnight stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room however I chose to have this at the small table and chairs outside of the room on a small terrace. A perfect place for this. The breakfast is more than adequate, also caters for me as a vegetarian. I asked for a knock at my door to be woken up in case I had slept thrmy alarm and this was given. Such a delightful place to stay. A small courtyard garden with a static table and seats if wanted. Garden lights during the evening make this a pretty area to relax. Tea, coffee and water are available in the room. There was air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The accommodation is located down a side road from the main road. This means it’s nice and quiet. For dinner we decided to walk jumping a few metres to another hotel which served food. However, Faith Hotel do have menus for which to order food which would be delivered if required. Alternatively, we were offered an option of being taken to another place if we wished. We had booked for 2 separate airport transfers as we were travelling on separately to different places. This was organised by and with the owner dropping us all in good time. I noted while at the stay, information regarding trips to places and even tours can be organised. Additionally there is information on an Ayurveda treatments option at a place called Ayurveda Villa which really looked good. This had different packages with a stay including food consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to decide on the relevant treatments for your package. To use up our rupees we were able to pay part cash, part card which was so convenient. This couple really do offer everything in a stay at Airport Faith Hotel. They are passionate about what they do, are committed to making your stay the best. They have everything available or on hand and can’t do enough to make your stay a happy and good one. I highly recommend a stay here.

The perfect location to start and/ or finish a trip to Sri Lanka. Just 15 mins, but a ‘million miles’ from Colombo airport. The Wallawwa is a wonderful, boutique hotel, in a gorgeous setting. The friendly, professional staff welcome you ‘home’ to the property. They cannot do enough for you, not because it is their job, but because they genuinely want to do so. This was a return visit to the Wallawwa for my husband and I, a recommendation in itself. The food is fabulous, many ingredients from their own gardens. Don’t miss tea and freshly made cake and biscuits on the terrace, each afternoon.Spacious, comfortable rooms are perfect for a restful sleep.
