Please take a closer look if you come to Negombo. I booked two rooms, but when they arrived, they were connected to a suite separated by a door. The surroundings are relatively remote. Breakfast is 3 US dollars per person, but the quality is very good. We originally spent the night in Negombo, and the elephant orphanage the next day, in fact, there is really no need to waste money in the elephant orphanage. Because I only used Ctrip to watch, I feel that Negombo has no good hotels at all. In fact, there are many good hotels here! There are many delicious gourmet shops. But to book this kind of reservation, Ctrip has very few listings.

The room is quite spacious and clean and has one of the best mattresses in our 3-week stay in Sri Lanka. The hotel is 3 minutes from the city's most animated street with some quality restaurants and a nice bars and 5 minutes from the beach. The hotel was very comfortable and the hotel was very comfortable. The pool is at the stop so the pool is full of dead insects and plant residues: bathing has your risks and dangers. No lifts and very narrow stairs. The hotel, including rooms, is smoker. Some clients must be ”calm” because they behave as if they had privatized the site without managers reacting. and overall the premises there are extremely aggressive and insistent vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a vis a transfer. That was four times more expensive ...

This little 10 room hotel deserves a much better rating in my opinion. Why? It's small enough to be private & it has all the facilities of the bigger hotels at a very affordable price point. Rooms are big, clean, have a balcony, fridge, tea/coffee facilities, roof fan & good AC. Pool is sparkling clean, lift access to upper floors, sun lounges & sun bathing all good. The building is set about 50m off main road which reduces noise & touts. Walk across the road to the beach for an early morning walk. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance, convenience stores at front & beer/wine store 30m. Staff was friendly, very helpful, nothing was too much trouble & great tips on surrounds. Front foyer was nice with a couple of lounges & tables/chairs facing pool area. I wouldn't waste my money on bigger hotels bc this place has everything they do with staff who know who you are & are interested in making your stay positive & memorable. Special thanks to Silver the hotel manager.

Great place to start or finish your holiday in SriLanka. So close to the airport it makes the departure in our case really relaxing. The rooms are clean and comfortable but no safe for valuables and the electric is a bit touch and go. This is such a reasonable price hotel and we found the food very good. The service can be a little chaotic to say the least and the food was delivered to the table in stages. Breakfast was hearty and nice to have a selection of different Sri Lanka dishes offered as well as the normal. The down side for us was the unpleasant smell from the stream next to the hotel. The awful flies and mosquitoes and lastly the intrusive train passing near the hotel at all hours. The other downside was the pool was not available to swim in at night due to the pool lights being turned off. Such a shame as it was a highlight on our previous stay a few years back. Given the economic climate and problems that Sri Lanka is facing we can certainly forgive them on trying to save money and energy. Worth an overnight stay but any longer I think you need to invest in an extremely good insect repellent and ear plugs.
