I really should have stayed here more than one night. It has a few restaurants where the food and drinks are reasonably priced. There are a few pools to swim in and the hotel is right on the beach. It was a beautiful place.

The location is amazing, the beach is right in front of the hotel, the beach you can see from the hotel is so nice, I wanted to stay several nights.

The hotel is very good experience is very poor, After checking in, I learned that the price difference of the same room type in the same hotel on Qunar.com was as high as 675 yuan. The price of Qunar is 640 yuan, and the price of Ctrip is 1315 yuan. obviously**. There is another hotel booked, the operator of Qunar.com is Hecheng International (a company of Ctrip), and the price is actually lower than that of Ctrip's own website.

everything is fine! It's just that the hotel's own taxi is twice as heavy as Uber!

Thushantha and co were amazing the service was out of this world and the hotel is one of the best I've stayed at. Thank to all the staff for their help they went out of their way to accommodate me and every possible way Love my experience here and would stay here again .

Exceptional service & the warm welcome make your stay extra special Great staff that always serve with a lovely smile & very caring & attentive. The lovely young lady who checked us in was Professional, friendly & helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't get her name. Great location and great views. Stayed for 6 nights and had a great experience. Rooms need a bit of an update but very spacious & comfortable. I must say the shower room is a bit too dark with the dark paint. A big thank you goes to Kamal for looking after us during our stay. He was very attentive, kind, caring, helpful & Professional. He made sure that there's enough water for us everyday as that's what we requested on a daily basis. He always made sure that we have what we need daily. Keep it up Kamal. All staff are great, very hospitable, helpful, caring & kind. This wonderful & efficient team is managed & led by an outstanding general manager, Mr. Ravindra De Silva. Thank you Mr. De Silva. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone! Wow what a beautiful place on the sandy shores of Negombo beach. From the moment we arrived, the service was genuine and the staff were all so incredibly welcoming. Suite rooms are just beautiful with views and a fantastic outdoor bathroom. Our butler Robert ensured everything was perfect. I enjoyed a great abhyanga massage at the spa and the kids spent endless hours in the pool. Wish we had stayed longer to enjoy more of those breathtaking Indian Ocean sunsets!

Incredible settings with staff that go above and beyond. The hotel is lovely and clean as are the multiple pools. Rooms are well kept and maintained and are air conditioned for those who need to briefly escape the heat will definitely be returning.

Rooms are beautiful, staff are amazing, service is out of this world, lots of lovely little touches to the room, food was amazing, service outstanding. Greeting at door and reception very friendly snd a cold drink given. Everything you need for a relaxing, special holiday.

Hotel was beautiful. A very sustainable and environmentally conscious hotel which was lovely to see. Kalum was lovely and served us while we were there. He was full of knowledge and helped us with hints and tips of areas we were going. The room was amazing! View was 10/10 of the beach. Food was delicious and staff could not have been more helpful.

I recently stayed at Jetwing Beach and arranged a family gathering/dinner, and the experience was absolutely fantastic. The staff was beyond friendly, very accommodating, and professional. They went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and enjoyable for everyone. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that pleased everyone in our group. The rooms were clean, and the beachfront view was breathtaking, providing a perfect backdrop for our visit. A special shout out to Kalum, Senerath, Chathuranga, Dhanushi, and the hotel manager Dylan for their exceptional service. They made us feel welcome and attended to all our needs with a smile. I can't recommend Jetwing Beach more highly. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Our stay at Jetwing Beach in Negombo was fantastic! The welcome was warm and inviting, setting a perfect tone for our visit. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach and just a short drive from the international airport (as we were just landing from Europe). The swimming pool was lovely, offering a great spot to relax, and the room was comfortable and well-appointed with everything we needed. The beach itself was pristine, and the evening restaurant was a wonderful dining experience with delicious food and a beautiful atmosphere. Overall, highly recommended for anyone visiting Negombo! 4o

An excellent start to our holiday. Our room in the Jetwing Hotel Negombo is spacious, clean and very comfortable. We have a wonderful beach view from our balcony. Great shower. The food is delicious - very good selection. The staff are friendly and helpful, especially Amali, Madushika and Ruwan.

Do the and Kelum great service. Thanks The Tuna steak was lovely. The portion size was small as I had requested. I really enjoyed the Sri Lankan bread. Presentation was lovely with limes and herbs. Sitting outside is always a delight. Thank you
