This is a beautiful property 25 mins from the airport. We stayed one night after a long flight. Upon arrival there was a birthday cake waiting for me in our room which was a special touch as I was travelling with my family for a milestone birthday. The rooms were huge and really lovely...giving a true feeling of old world charm whilst having all modern amenities. The breakfast was fabulous and the pool area stunning. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Highly recommended.

Uga Riva is a real spot of tranquility just 20 minutes from the airport. We stayed for one night before our long flight home and honestly, we wish we could have stayed longer. It’s so peaceful - the perfect place to rest and relax by the pool. It’s great value for money and the rooms are spacious and well designed. The staff were very attentive and made us feel right at home. The evening meal and breakfast the follow day was fantastic - definitely recommend their food! The hotel also has the best wine list we have seen whilst in Sri Lanka, though some of these bottles do come at a cost! I’d 100% recommend staying here before or after your flight - honestly can’t rate it highly enough!
