Large room, bathroom with hot water shower cabin. Small balcony.
Large and beautiful swimming pool but only 2 deckchairs.
TV hs. No wifi!

After an overnight flight, we were looking for a hotel to rest and relax before starting our SL 8 days Tour. Saw this on AGODa with great price and booked it for 3 families. And I think we hit a jackpot in choosing this hotel. The hotel staff, especially Kasturi at the reception is an excellent customer service person. We arrived early to the hotel and the staff immediately gave us our rooms, upon request. The rooms are basic but well maintained. however we changed one of the room as the AC was not working properly and the hotel staff handled the request promptly. The pool looks very inviting, however, be careful as it has sharp edges and you might cut yourself. The staff informed us about the pool well in advance. The breakfast is basic but served with lots of first hand service. The staff really care about continuously improving their service and seems to genuinely care about their guests having a good time, offering extra support and advice. They are always open to have a chat and happy to receive any feedback with a smile. Overall, a good and pleasant stay and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I am checking in 01/06/2024 @ 11:40.welcome was very good .We get 2 rooms but they are not informed about the Swimming Pool so very worst . On the same day some guests in the house were faced with the same thing that happened at night no one responded about our injury.Reception colleagues have failed to contact property owners or who is a responsibility on this property.Please billion time things before you book this property and use the pool. Thank you.

Friendly staff, nice food. The staff really care about continuously improving their service and seems to genuinely care about their guests having a good time, offering extra support and advice. They are always open to have a chat and happy to receive any feedback with a smile. Super comfortable bed and good size rooms. 10 mins walk from nice beaches and restaurants. I felt like home with a nice balance between a friendly atmosphere and relaxing privacy.

The place was awesome and the view was mesmerising. Highly recommended for family gathering,functions and special moments in your life. The staff is so friendly and the service is good The food and beverages are so delicious. Pool area is also beautiful

Home coming function of my brother was held at Olenro has been the most relaxing and enjoyable so far for me. Banquet management and staff understood all our requirements and catered to them to the best of theirability. And also provided an excellent service, even in handling last minute requests. Excellent food and presented beautifully. We highly recommended this place to celebrate your memorable moments. Special thanks to Mr.Ruwan for personally handling the function. And a very big thank you for Miss Sudarma and Mr Washington for their valuable efforts.

For a first night on arrival in Sri Lanka, the holidays promise to be complicated... We are not registered on the reservation register... difficult to make ourselves understood given the staff's level of English. But a few minutes are enough to give us a room key. The door opens... the anxiety... we didn't want a luxury room but just a clean room. What a desappointment. The air conditioning is not working, it is warmer inside than outside. The night will be very difficult given the noise level of the air conditioning, not to mention the generator, certainly at the foot of the bedroom, which is switched on because of the systematic power cuts in the country. The bad discoveries will follow. The general state of the room, worn furniture, the toilets are dirty and the shower barely flows (after 24 hours of travel, a good shower would be so appreciated). The apotheosis: the bed. The sheets are torn and stained not to mention the wall at the head of the bed, 1/2 inch of dust stuck on. Welcome to dust mite allergy sufferers! Only positive point, the swimming pool... which it at least is clean. The photos speak for themselves.
