I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritence and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The welcome we received upon arrival was unparalleled compared to any other hotel I've stayed at. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to ensure we felt at home immediately. The service at the pool bar was outstanding. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made excellent cocktails. The pool itself was pristine and provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful surroundings. To our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. Throughout our stay, we encountered staff who were not only polite but also highly professional. They were always ready to assist with any request and did so with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It's conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, it's situated near a beautiful beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea within minutes of leaving our room. Overall, our experience at Heritance was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

Good location, 25 mins from the airport, 5 mins walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. Clean rooms and pool. Let us check out a bit later because of the flight. Good option to stay in your first or last night in Sri Lanka. The only thing which needs to be improved is breakfast, small variety of food.

Excellent overall experience

The first stop after getting off the plane. It seemed pretty good at night, but when I entered the room, I felt it was just average. The facilities were a bit old and the charging plug had some problems. But it was okay to eat in the morning with a sea view. The buffet breakfast selection was average. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to go outdoors. There were crows "flirting" in the room at around 5 o'clock in the morning, and I was woken up

As a one-night stopover hotel from the airport, the cost performance is not high. It is very hot and humid. The room is very small and the dehumidification is not good. The check-in process is very convenient and the waiter is relatively friendly.

The Heritage Hotel is located on Negombo Beach, 15 minutes drive from the airport. I'm glad I chose this hotel: the flight was supposed to arrive at night, and the drive was not long, so I checked in early and rested. The beach and sea view rooms of this hotel are good, but the breakfast level needs to be improved.

Best hotel to stay in Lanka! The rooms are average, but the scenery is better than the garden. There are beautiful long-legged seabirds hatching eggs on the lawn, little squirrels running around looking for food, and fat lizards flashing through the grass on the roadside. The fence is the seaside.

For a luxury hotel, the facilities are a bit ordinary. The rooms are old, but each one has an unobstructed sea view room, and it is very comfortable to watch the sea from the balcony. The service is still good.

Overall it's pretty good, one of the better hotels in Negombo. However, Ctrip's booking agent this time was not reliable. After waiting for an hour to check in, the front desk kept saying that the booking information could not be found. Finally, when I was about to change hotels, I said I found it... Service: Not quite like a five-star hotel, they don’t even help transport luggage. There is no hair dryer in the room. Breakfast: Average, there is really nothing delicious in Sri Lanka. There are not many choices for breakfast here. Environment: You can go for a walk on the beach at the back, the overall scenery is very good.

Mr. Bawa's classic work, the hotel is built on the mountain. When the weather is good, you can see the magnificent sunset outside the window. The building itself is a beautiful work of art, perfectly integrated with nature. Worth experiencing and appreciating!

The Sentido Heritage Hotel Negombo is located in Negombo, Sri Lanka. It is the best hotel in the area. The room opens the window and faces the beach and the sea. I also met two tour guides who traveled to Sri Lanka in March last year at the hotel.

A well-deserved heritage hotel, very unique. The hotel is like being in a forest. Monkeys appear on the balcony from time to time. It is a very unforgettable experience and will make me want to come back next time.

The hotel is the best in Negombo, with complete facilities and a great internal environment. Each room has a balcony, facing the sea, which is very comfortable. There are rows of lounge chairs on the lawn in front of the swimming pool, suitable for sunbathing.
