I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heritence and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The welcome we received upon arrival was unparalleled compared to any other hotel I've stayed at. The staff greeted us warmly and went out of their way to ensure we felt at home immediately. The service at the pool bar was outstanding. The bartenders were attentive, friendly, and made excellent cocktails. The pool itself was pristine and provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of comfortable seating and beautiful surroundings. To our delight, we were offered a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The upgraded room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning views. Throughout our stay, we encountered staff who were not only polite but also highly professional. They were always ready to assist with any request and did so with a smile, making us feel truly valued as guests. The location of the hotel is another highlight. It's conveniently close to the airport, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. Additionally, it's situated near a beautiful beach, allowing us to enjoy the sun and sea within minutes of leaving our room. Overall, our experience at Heritance was nothing short of perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and luxurious stay. We will certainly be returning in the future!

nice hotel with nice sea view and big conference room, ideal for company trip

Good location, 25 mins from the airport, 5 mins walk to restaurants and souvenir shops. Clean rooms and pool. Let us check out a bit later because of the flight. Good option to stay in your first or last night in Sri Lanka. The only thing which needs to be improved is breakfast, small variety of food.

Excellent overall experience

Since the flight to Colombo Airport was at night, I booked a hotel for one night. It was only a dozen kilometers away from the airport, much closer than downtown Colombo. The hotel is located on the beach. It was very pleasant to have breakfast in the restaurant while watching the sea in the morning. The hotel service was also good. Drinks were served when checking in, and the luggage was also delivered directly to the room by the waiter. Reminder that there are no slippers and hair dryers in the room, it is best to bring your own.

The flight was too late, so I booked a hotel on a whim to let the kids rest. In terms of hardware, it's a bit old and the room is small, but it's very thoughtful and they prepared bath balls. In terms of service, it's super good. Every staff member greeted us with a smile and was very enthusiastic. The view is super good and the food is also good. It's very suitable as a rest stop before landing at the airport or leaving.

I feel that the Heritage Hotel is disappointing overall, probably matching the domestic four-star hotel level. The hotel is by the sea, and the overall facilities are relatively old except for the good environment. The room size is OK, and the breakfast category is satisfactory.

The hotel is very good and close to the airport. It is the first stop. The scenery is nice, including the sea view. The breakfast is good. This is the only good hotel in Sri Lanka that is close to the airport.

Everything is so satisfying!!! The location is great, the sea is visible when you open the window, and you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves of the Indian Ocean at night! 👍👍👍 Just a little complaint: the air conditioner is too cold😂

The hotel is very design-conscious, right by the sea, with beautiful views! Booked for two days, but unfortunately the itinerary changed and I needed to check out one day in advance. I found the platform and negotiated with the hotel to refund one day's room fee, but unfortunately I didn't get it back in the end, and lost a thousand yuan😭😭😭 The reason is that the room fee is prepaid and cannot be refunded, but 99.9% of overseas hotels are prepaid, how can I book a room without payment? ! I hope the hotel and the platform will consider the guests more. If there is no special reason, who doesn't want to stay in such a good hotel for one more day? !

The environment and facilities are very good. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast is relatively good in the local area. There is beach sunshine outside the hotel, and you can also feed the local national bird

The first stop after getting off the plane. It seemed pretty good at night, but when I entered the room, I felt it was just average. The facilities were a bit old and the charging plug had some problems. But it was okay to eat in the morning with a sea view. The buffet breakfast selection was average. I was in a hurry so I didn't have time to go outdoors. There were crows "flirting" in the room at around 5 o'clock in the morning, and I was woken up

The room is so-so, facing the Indian Ocean is nice, the waiter provides smiling service, the breakfast is so-so, the location is on the beach avenue, very convenient for shopping.
