Stayed there for 4 nights, walkable distance to the beach (other side of the road), rooms are okay need refurbishment, air conditional was not working from night 2 and they have shifted to a new room (saatisfied) - nice hotel & friendly staff, however the property need to have immediae renovation. Swimming Pool availbale (not used), Food & beverages are expensive compared to nearby places. Apart from all the cons - I will definitely return to this property because of its location & staff. And I guess, they have charged me bit high!

Fui a este hotel con la reserva pagada de antemano por mi agencia de viajes. Al llegar allí, quisieron volver a cobrarme por adelantado. Finalmente, tras intentar hablar con hasta 4 personas de recepción que no tenían ni idea de inglés, acudió una quinta persona que negó que la reserva estuviese pagada. Comuniqué con mi agencia. El mayorista intentó sin éxito hablar con alguien del hotel, en varias ocasiones nadie cogió el teléfono y en otras el interlocutor no hablaba inglés. Finalmente, decidí pagar al irme en espera de que me abonen el importe. El personal del hotel está formado por un montón de inútiles que te dicen YES SIR a todo, pero no entienden ni una palabra de lo que les ha dicho. Por otro lado, habitación que no se corresponde con las fotos de usuarios de 2019. Un poco sucia con electrodomésticos muy antiguos que funcionaban a duras penas. No amenities en el baño. No servicio de habitaciones. El desayuno lo hacen cuando se lo pides de manera lentísima y además caro. La piscina no la probamos porque el agua estaba turbia y muy caliente. El wifi funcionaba a ratos y lento. En definitiva, un desastre monumental. Ni os acerquéis!
