Optimum Residencies

This was a perfect place to stay upon arriving on a late flight into Colombo. The pickup was seamless, room was sufficient for our family of 4, and the breakfast the following morning was good. The kids loved the slide into the pool and they arranged onward transport for us at a reasonable cost. Would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful place. The family meets every need with a smile. The breakfast is a wonderful blend of western and local. The rooms are clean and comfortable. With airport pickup and drop-off it is ideal for entering Sri Lanka. The two sparkling pools are great for relaxing. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful find! This is a real gem of a stay after a long night flight and before you venture on your travels. First I have to say that the family and friends who have built and run this wonderful place are so welcoming and accommodating, they will help you with anything you need. And always with a smile. Their son and young daughter also played an important part in running the business, which I thought was just wonderful. Let me tell you about the tropical gardens and hidden ponds full of fish and the gentle sounds of the frogs/toads at night Oh and the 2 well-kept swimming pools that were a welcome relief from a hot day. Although we did have a lot of rain. The rooms were spotless and the beds were very comfy. We had a free pick up from the airport but our plane was delayed so we were worried when we didn't find anyone but literally 10 minutes later a very welcoming smiley face came to pick us up. It was so easy to get a Tuktuk into Negombo which was really good fun. We fell in love with Sri Lanka from the very start. Thank you Optimum Residencies you were far more than we expected. We choose that hotel, because they promised airport transfer free of charge and we needed some sleep after overnight flight before to leave Sigiriya direction. It was easy to contact staff and driver picked us up without any problem. Room was big enough and beds comfortable. We slept for a few hours and left. There is also swimming pool on sight and nice and helpful staff

Stayed here for 2 nights upon arrival in Sri Lanka. and view oasis of peace and everything super clean. the gardens with swimming pool were lovely to relax in and it was nice to recover from the flight. the food and breakfast were also excellent. the people are really friendly.
