when we walked into the hotel, we saw a lot of people playing in the swimming pool, some women wearing skirts with black scarfs on their heads, men wearing T-shirt, they playing, laughing, even eating in the water, making the water disgusting, we were totally shocked! there's a restaurant in the hotel, they were holding a party from evening to midnight, playing music every every loudly! there was a machine just close to the room, I don't know what kind of machine is, I took a picture, it made noise loudly just liked a big truck driving pass your room all the time . Mosquitoes are extremely abundant in the room, but there's no mosquito net or mosquito incense. you can imagine the disgusting pool, the loud noise all the night, abundant mosquitoes, making the hotel like a hell for the guests. I can take legal responsibility for what I said is true!游泳池里很多人穿服泡在水里，女的穿裙子包头巾，男的穿短袖T恤，他们又闹又笑甚至在游泳池里吃东西！晚上酒店的餐厅举办party直到半夜11点半45分才结束，音乐声震动窗子哗哗响。房间旁边有个机器，不知道是什么，像个大卡车一样整晚响不停，这里简直就是一个地狱！我可以为我说的真实性负法律责任

This hotel is the most cost-effective in my trip. The previous two adults and one child were all over 2000, but here there is no need to add a bed. It is within three digits. I saw that the room next door costs more than 2,000. The room is large and the balcony is also super large. The front desk helped us upgrade the room for free. The whole hotel feels like a resort. It is in the villa area and very quiet. Next time I come to Negombo, Sri Lanka, I must stay two more nights.

This hotel is our first stop when we arrived in Sri Lanka. It's a pity that our flight arrived at night, so we felt the attentive service when we arrived at the hotel. Our stay here was brief but very good. Kelum, the front desk organizer, made check in and getting to our room a breeze. We ran into a little issue with the air conditioner in the room but he had us moved into bigger and better room within 5mins of my call. Lunch at the restaurant was so good! Must try the grilled chicken breast and the pizza. It is freshly prepared by chef, flavorful, and the perfect portion to have to take away for later. The bed was cozy and big. Had a wonderful night’s rest before our flight in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice property with multiple pools including one overlooking the lagoon. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a triple bed room and it was spacious. Dinner and breakfast has a good variety of food allowing us to try some local delights.

This hotel is a fine hotel with fine staff kelam was god to help us order tuk tuk and ask if thinks were okay and the facilits are also god and hotel rooms are clean. The food is also okay and the beers they have taste fine and the pool facilitets are also clean and enjoyable

Lovely hotel to stay before our flight home, Kelum welcomed us at reception and was very welcoming and made us feel relaxed after the journey from our previous hotel, as did the other staff too. The rooms are spacious and beds very comfortable. The hotel is set in beautiful surroundings with a lovely pool, restaurant and the food was lovely and close to outside amenities to have a look around the area.
