Worst hotel and worst room ever seen in my life. Don't ever trust this hotel.

I cannot sleap because the room was very hot

Hotel staff is good, However the rooms are smelling like hospital. It is close to Airport but it's opposite of school and there is no alternative options for food near by. Linen not clean and towel provided are of very poor quality.

We have booked cooperate small group 1 night stay with Sara Hotels Cochin & its best part is its near to Cochin Airport & their rooms are good & even staff is very friendly & overall booking experience is very good & specially thanks to Mr.Vipin for his support & nice service

Good one to stay for 1 night. We have visited the hotel last night. Total 4 rooms we booked. Overall stay was excellent. Yes the restaurant service should be more fast. But staff ***aged it very well with tasty food. Will surely stay or recommend if visited cochin.

I visited with my family and the service provided was at its best. The ambience was great. Great atmosphere. I have to mention one person name here. Mr. Sibin was very helpful and very prompt with the service provided till the day we checked out.

Excellent hotel with great staying atmosphere .. Especially the Hotel would be a Good option for those who want travel from kochin airport . I would thank to the reception team and Bell boy s for their lovely care🙂.. surely i will suggest this hotel to my friends and Family.

Enjoyed my stay having very decent behaviour from all the staffs. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained property. Foods are also good. Location is very near to the airport. Around 7 minutes by car/auto rickshaw. An ATM is also there at the hotel gate.

We stayed at this hotel on 20th aug 2022. We had an early flight next morning, hence chose this hotel which had an airport pick and drop facility. Room: Clean room with neat bathrooms. We chose an executive room with an extra bed (We were 3 pax). Bed was neatly made, with clean and fresh spreads. We requested for extra bed to be put up early, which the staff did. Staff: We informed the ***ager before hand our time of arrival. He was kind and courteous throughout our stay. Bell boys were kind and attended to our requirements immediately. Airport drop: ***ager called in the morning, that the vehicle was ready to drop us at the airport. ***ager Mr. Vipin dropped us himself at the airport, as the driver was unavailable. Overall service and rooms are very good. We would comeback again, and happily stay at Sara. Thank you Sara for making this stay memorable. Kerala is truly god's own country.
