It was little bit cozy room but all amenities were provided in the room. Even hair drier, toot-brush kits were provided, all neat and clean. We stayed only one night. The food at their restaurant was too delicious. The canteen staffs were very helpful. We reached at 10pm at night, their restaurant was closed then but still they freshly prepared dinner for us. One suggestion to the hotel manager is to kindly give the proper location . The location given presently is not correct though it is very close to airport. If our pre paid taxi driver won’t be helpful enough we could have been misguided at night. As per price the hotel is overall very good.

Hotel is very neat and clean. Staff is very friendly in nature and helpful too. After check in you will get everything for daily use purpose like brush, shampoo, body cleanser, towel dryer, iron, etc. Amazing experience! i will definitely stay here if ever came back to kochi.

I chose bluebells airport hotel mainly because of its proximity to the kochi airport. The room is neat and tidy and the reception people are friendly. I checked in at 9. 30 pm and checked out at 7. 30 am as i had a morning flight to catch. Ac is good, there is a tv and coffee making arrangements. Breakfast was included in my package. I requested that i must get breakfast at 7. 30 am and they obliged. The idlis and omelet were delicious. As the car parking was full, i had to park my car near the front entrance. (if someone had supervised parking, more cars could be parked. And the parking lot requires cleaning too. Debris and stones are all strewn about) the lady who cooked and served my breakfast was neatly dressed and very courteous. The location is a little interior and not beside the main road. Otherwise everything is ok for a traveller like me.

the waste stay in blue bell hotel.. my cash is waste... the room door is not working.. we are sleeping time.. some staff are open door then looking inside laughing.. we are said close door but they are nit close.. uncomfortable to stay.. we are check out at time.. then stay another hotel.. i want to my many back.. the experience is not good😑😑
