I am a regular guest at the Welcome, so I have quite a few observations. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are nicely made and cozy, the showers have enough pressure, never had any complaints here. And the breakfast is great, too. But lately the hotel seems to have some troubles, which bother me considering the price of up to 170€ for the basic room: - The hotel does not have enough parking spaces for all guests. This leads to guests having to park somewhere in town and walk back to the hotel. And parking in town is not easy at night. - I had rooms not properly cleaned (and I don't mean a spot but it reeked of urine I could not stay for a minute) or maintained (sink broken). - the WIFI is connected to the individual TVs in the rooms and sometimes it simply does not work. I had to use my private Hotspot for calls; happened several times, staff pretends to not be aware. - a small thing, but noticable: a printer at the front desk has not been working for months now. They pretend that it is something new, but one gets the feeling that they don't fix the small things. Had to be said.

I booked this hotel as they said they had aircon. The aircon barely cooled 1 meter of the room. It was so hot. We checked in and were NEVER told that they charged 15 euros/day parking!!!! this was crazy! We could have parked at our friend's place around the corner for free. We were also not told that breakfast was 25.00/person/day!!!! All of this should have been told to us at check in - NOT at check-out!!! I wrote a letter to the hotel expressing my displeasure and they said 'Oh well!' They offered me a 40 euro credit. I found this insulting. I was so disappointed with this hotel! I will never stay here again.

The reception personnel is not at all helpful, welcoming or well trained in hospitality. The room was good and clean. Good noise isolation. The shower and sink are open to the room. The breakfast is normal. We would not come back.

I stayed only one night, but very comfortable. Parking is little bit more than expected, they take 15 EUR . I took the summer deal. I liked the reception large elevaters, restaurant in the hotel. Perfect breakfast. Sauna and fitness missing the dresing room, however very nice as well.

Das Hotel liegt an sich sehr praktisch direkt am Bahnhof von Neckarsulm und ist dennoch ruhig. Das Zimmer und auch das Bad fand ich persönlich etwas klein und was in meinen Augen gar nicht geht ist bei einem 4 Sterne Hotel eine Ausstattung ohne Kühlschrank/Minibar. Ich würde gerne meine eigenen Sachen kühlen und nicht überteuert an der Rezeption kaufen. Das war auch der Hauptgrund, weswegen ich die darauffolgende Woche in einem anderen Hotel in der Nähe übernachtet habe. Frühstück: toll und sehr umfangreich!

Dit hotel boekt ongevraagd bedragen van je credit card af. In ons geval betalen we voor de overnachting via bank betaling (SEPA) en werd daarna nogmaals het bedrag afgeboekt via de credit card. Het hotel doet alsof het van niets weet en de betalingen nooit heeft ontvangen. Dit riekt naar fraude. Pas dus op!

Das Welcome Hotel Neckarsulm liegt direkt am Bahnhof. Es verfügt über moderne Zimmer und einen schön offenen Eingangsbereich. Die Zimmer sind groß und modern eingerichtet. Sie verfügen über ein offenes Badezimmer, sowie ein separates WC. Der Wellnessbereich befindet sich in der vierten Etage mit einer großen Dachterrasse. Eine Sauna und Saunarium sind vorhanden. Nachteil ist, dass der kleine Sportbereich nicht abgetreten ist und dadurch Sportler auch an der Sauna vorbeischauen. Des Weiteren bekommt man auch etwas von den Geräuschen des Sportbereichs in der Sauna mit. Der Frühstücksraum ist groß. Die Auswahl ebenso. Für jeden Geschmack sollte etwas dabei sein. Von Müsli bis Küchlein. Kaffee gibt es aus einem Vollautomaten. Somit ein paar kleine Mängel, aber alles in allem ein gutes Hotel.
