Glenross Living - A Collection of 7 Private Pool Villas and 3 Colonial Suites

If you want to leave the hustle and bustle of life behind , enjoy peace,quiet, and nature, then this place is for you. Set on a hill amongst the rubber and cinnamon trees ,overlooking the valley below and views of distant hills sits Glenross Living. We stayed in one of 7 stunning,luxurious, and spacious private villas. We loved watching the monkeys play in the trees below our private pool or whilst sitting in the most incredible bath looking out of the full height windows . It's absolutely stunning.The service we received in this hotel from every single member of staff was exceptional ,whilst remaining warm and friendly.Meals in the hotel were delicious and beautifully presented . All the waiting staff were wonderful and so accommodating ,but we must make particular mention of Ajith the head of this team who was simply wonderful, and he greeted us every day as if we were old friends . Both Ajith and assistant manager Larry went out of their way to ensure we were happy and had everything we wanted. They simply couldn't do enough for us, and we loved being made to feel so welcome. We must also mention Chamath, who is such a lovely ,enthusiastic, and engaging person. He took us out into the jungle on a nature hike ,which was amazing! Massages from Putri were outstanding, and yoga with Rikki enlightening, bringing focus and calm to a busy life ,something we hope to continue . What this hotel has achieved is very special because it combines warm ,friendly service with luxury accommodation .It is not pretentious in any way ,something quite rare to find. What manager Shamil is creating here with this team is very special, and we hope to return again . Thank you ,we loved every moment, what an experience. Stay in a sleek pool villa overlooking the rubber jungle or bed down in the main house - a pretty whitewashed Scottish cottage with a homely atmosphere, pool, restaurant and quaint tea garden. You must book a hike with the charming Asela (an experienced local naturalist) to learn about the wildlife. Don't miss out on a private session with Chamath either to explore the ancient Sri Lankan martial art of Angampora. Putri's massages are incredible too. Glennros Living Hotel is an amazing place to retreat and detox your body with the help of an Ayurvedic diet. There are group classes with CLASSICAL HATHA Yoga every day. Additionally, we can take advantage of individual lessons that allow us to experience the practice of energy release and get to know our body and interior. The classes are led by my friend Rikki. Rikki was very helpful and gave many insights on the yogic science. He taught Surya Shakti which is a powerful form of sun salutation. The practice made me feel very energised and powerful. I am grateful for this and you must try the Yoga!☺️🙏🧘‍♂️

The villa exceeded all expectations with its luxurious facilities and impeccable quality. The spacious layout was perfect for relaxation, offering breathtaking views from every corner. The private pool was clean, well-maintained, and inviting. Every detail, from the modern design to the high-end furnishings, reflected true luxury. Top-notch amenities made the stay unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a perfect getaway in style and comfort.

We spent three days at Glennross Living with our three teenagers. Fabulous experience thanks to our new friend Ajith and his colleagues. Rich menu for both seafood and meat lovers. Tasteful mix of colonial style and modern facilities. Superb location with peaceful view over the green hills. Would love better wifi in the pool area next time.

Had the most peaceful and amazing 3 night stay at Glenross. The staffs especially Ajith were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. The food was amazing and the staff were kind enough to customize the meals as per our request. We’ve been here before and one main reason we chose to come back this time was because of the Sri Lankan breakfast definitely my all time favorite.😍 It was a wholesome retreat for me and my husband😊 A special thanks to the staff for this great experience👏
