This was our 4th visit to the Regency and it was again a 10 out of 10 stay. It is the cleanest and most comfortable B&B we have stayed in. The hosts Jane and Mark are amazing, so welcoming and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble and cake is always offered upon arrival! Their attention to detail is second to none and nothing is too much trouble. Room facilities are excellent with branded natural soap, shampoo and body waah in rooms plus water, biscuits and tea/coffee making items provided. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a modern, contemporary feel. Breakfast is really outstanding using fresh, locally sourced ingredients with a good choice on the menu to select from ranging from cooked breakfast to fruit salad. The B&B is in a quiet village well placed for visting The Broads, Norwich and beautiful beaches. We cannot recommend the B&B highly enough! Our go to place when visiting our favourite area in the UK.

Beautiful B&B with the best hosts! Just like staying with family. Mark and Jane looked after us so well. Breakfasts were delicious, nothing too much trouble. Our room was immaculate, lovely toiletries in the bathroom. Tea, bottles of water replenished every day which we really appreciated. You couldn’t find a better place to stay, we loved it. The B&B is almost next door to The White Horse, a great place to eat. Norfolk Boat Hire at Horning is also quite near, a great find.

We booked within half an hour of arriving after being thoroughly disappointed with the hotel we had previously booked, Mark and Jane couldn't do enough for us, they were so welcoming and were just an absolute pleasure to stay with, the rooms were immaculate, the en suite with roll top bath was beautiful, The bed was so comfortable and the bed linen was luxury! Our breakfasts on both mornings were incredible and so tasty, proper home cooked using only the best ingredients, you could tell the meat used was from a very good butchers! We will definitely be returning as it was just a beautiful place to stay and just a few feet from a lovely proper village pub too, It was absolutely perfect! I wish we could have stayed longer, Thank you Mark and Jane for making my sisters wedding weekend just perfect for us at such short notice, We will see you again soon.

Our family had three rooms for a three night stay in this gem of a find. The hosts are wonderful and really can't do enough for you. The rooms are all perfect and there is also a communal lounge snug to congregate in. There is an established tranquil garden, which is being further enhanced as I write. The village is picture perfect and the local pub a few doors up is well renowned for good reason. In addition, there is a community shop selling essentials plus various artisan goodies (wine, cake & biscuits !). Special thanks to Jane, Mark & Jack !

Had two nights here and hosts Jane and Mark made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was a good size and bed very comfortable. We were told many great things to do and experience in the area. Breakfasts were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. We had a wonderful stay. There are plenty of good walks in the area.

A wonderful little guesthouse. Made very welcome with tea and cookies when we arrived taken in a very pretty garden. Our room was very comfortable, beautifully decorated with colourful curtains and cushions, had a very comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The breakfast was amazing, wonderful choices made the evening before, served at a time to suit us and beautifully presented. The owners were extremely friendly and able to offer good advice on places to go. We will definitely return and would certainly recommend it to other.

Really loved this place. It's a pretty cottage just a few doors down from a lovely pub in a very special little village close to the stunning Barton Broad. We were here to sail, but the walking and cycling looks really good too. Jane and Mark have put their heart and soul into this pretty cottage and created fabulous rooms which are both very comfortable and immaculate. Silent nights and comfortable beds are a great combination. The attention to detail and care that Jane and Mark invested in creating this jewel is also a hallmark of their hosting. Really friendly and very good at what they do. Breakfasts are fabulous. I went for the yoghurt and honey followed by a perfect 'full English' whilst on my second day kicked off with smoked salmon and delicious scrambled egg. Chatting to Jane and Mark we told them that we were racing a vintage yacht on nearby Barton Broad. Our plan was to walk from the Regency Guest House to where our boat was moored. Jane and Mark had other ideas and offered to drive us to our boat each day. They went the extra mile or two so we did not have to. Which is the way they run their business. And why we, like all the other guests we met at 'The Regency' , are looking forward to booking another stay here very soon. Thank you for a wonderful stay
