Rather than a guesthouse, this was a self-contained studio apar**ent. It was well-equipped. Great views and a small terrace and patio area. Housekeeping came once during the week.
The owner met us off the ferry and took us to the apar**ent, we would never have found it otherwise. He did not come back to check if everything was ok, which would have been nice.
Hydra is built on a hillside and to reach the apar**ent you had to climb many steps. It would not be suitable for anyone who is not fit and able. We managed it twice a day and we are in our 60s.

Lovely stay in a great location. Beautiful view from the front terrace and appreciated all of Petros insights about the island and the ferries
