Hotels Near Pyramid of Khafre in Nazlet El-Semman

The experience in the hotel has been amazing!! We received an incredible service from everyone but specially from Manna who has been a star in everything. He gave us an upgrade, we had amazing views on the first line just in front of the pyramids, with a balcony and the room was big and clean. We had problems with our tour booked with another agency and he resolved everything from his amazing agency and we enjoyed the day around the best places in Cairo historical areas. We received the best service and we will be forever grateful. We fully recommend this experience. The price of the room with breakfast included, the views and the tour were great. We traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.

A truly wonderful hotel! The rooms are very clean, modern, and tastefully decorated. The hotel compound is quiet and peaceful, and the pool area is fun and relaxing. Zico and the entire staff are just superb: not only are they very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional, they made us feel like we were part of their family. Finally, the rooftop restaurant is out of this world: it offers a fantastic view of the pyramids, along with incredibly delicious food and excellent service. This place a real gem, not to be missed when visiting Giza.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel 6 notti con mezza pensione io, mio marito e mia figlia di 9 anni. Già da subito l'hotel e Tamer, che ci ha accolto (l'unico che parla italiano e inglese), ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. Per quello che può offrire questa città l'hotel è abbastanza sopra la media. Buon cibo, pulizia e confort in generale all'interno dell'hotel. La zona è quello che è, molto povera e sporca, ma com'è d'altronde tutto il resto della città e di queste zone... Ma una volta dentro l'hotel è tutto ok per quanto riguarda pulizia e altri servizi. Wi fi gratuito. Saletta ristorante e una bellissima terrazza vista piramidi dove bere thè, fare colazione o cena. Il personale tutto cordialissimo e sempre disponibile. Organizzano anche gite ovunque sempre con guida e autista, anche se sono un po' più care rispetto a quelle trovate su TripAdvisor. Nel complesso il prezzo dell'hotel invece è stato molto buono considerando anche la mezza pensione. Se dovessi tornare al Cairo ci tornerei sicuramente. Grazie a tutti voi ☺️

The staff is kind anyway! I am very grateful for the detailed consideration!　 I went out and took it on purpose even if I didn't get in time for breakfast! I used Uber for the first time in Egypt, so the staff was waiting for the car to come out with me and found the car! I couldn't read the characters at all, so I was very helpful! I refused to walk when I tried to pass the chip! (Still gave it to w) And here you can see different pyramid views! The pyramid view of the great pyramid surrounded by the town of Giza from the roof terrace on the 13th floor was the best! Very very recommended!

Had a great stay here, nine pyramids is a safe place with friendly people and a perfect location in front of the pyramids. my favorite part was the rooftop with a wonderful view over the desert and the pyramids. If ill come back to egypt, that is where i gonna stay! shoutout to sherein at the reception :)

Great staff, very friend and helpful! The beds were comfortable and the pillow were as well. Nice stay for short time or long time stay ! On a trip with a tour group, and everyone enjoyed there stay. Pool and restaurant were nice as well. The food and fruit drinks were made fresh everyday. Overall enjoyed the whole trip!

The most satisfying hotel on this trip to Africa! First-class environment and super cost-effective. Service: The staff are very enthusiastic and politely say hello to the room, especially Mr. Mohamad at the front desk. He is super enthusiastic about Chinese people and I feel goodwill and heartfelt welcome. The hotel is in a good location. It is located in the New District, not far from the pyramids. You can overlook the pyramids from a distance, which is convenient for planning your trip to the pyramids the next day. The facilities are new, the rooms are clean and modern. Very quiet too. It's really important to stay here for one night after a long flight There are several restaurants, all of which have a high-end environment. I highly recommend this restaurant to friends who come to Cairo.

I loved staying in the hotel because the staff were so helpful smiling faces I felt like home ,thank you aya life guard in the swimming pool and me Abu alail from house keeping and not forgetting Shayma , I can say the only thing I don’t like was the bath room up dated , every thing else was great specially the good
