Check-in staff (a young student who works night shift) is very friendly, and help us get rid of our airport taxi driver who tried to ask for extra charges (foreigner entrance fee, which is actually a toll fee to be paid by the taxi driver). The room is comfortable and with pyramid view from our balcony room and rooftop restaurant. A great place to stay as it’s right outside the pyramid entrance ticket counter.

They came to me to charge as TV screen damaged or broken however it was baby hand marks / marks which completely gone after glass cleaner! The GM and all staff were amazed how it cleaned!
Simply the staff was unprofessional and wanted to looking for an opportunity to charge some money to their customer however there was no issue talk all. All their staff was speechless when the the TV screen was supposed simply cleaned with a glass cleaner.

The location is super great. The hotel is located in front of the gate on the Sphinx side of the pyramids. There is a ticket booth diagonally in front of the hotel, and there is nothing blocking the view on the terrace, so you can watch the night show while eating here. The room is clean and spacious. The servers at the restaurant are very kind. The food is not expensive for a hotel, so we ate here. You need to make a reservation to eat on the rooftop, but the view from the lowest terrace (no reservation required) is better because there is nothing blocking the view. The only drawback is that the water pressure in the shower is so weak that it is the weakest I have ever experienced overseas, and I was worried about whether I could wash my feet. Also, the drainage is poor, so my feet get wet every time I use the toilet afterwards.
However, the location and the view are good, so I am satisfied.

The view from the rooftop is fantastic. It's a great spot for taking photos with the Pyramids and the Sphinx in the background. The breakfast box was delicious.

Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. It was very loud. The room did have a window, but it was unfortunately directly behind a wall. There seems to be a rubbish bin in between. The people were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very simple but sufficient. We left a day early, where the owner told us that we would be reimbursed for the day via Trip.com. Unfortunately, it was just talk. Overall, unfortunately, completely different to what was described.

The room received is not as shown in the picture. Booked 3 beds with a balcony. But crammed into a room with a window that opened to see the wall of the house next door Came to check in and waited early in the morning. When I asked for a room, I was told there was no room. Next to the pyramid, you can clearly see the pyramid, and there is a pyramid light show at night. The hotel needs to bring its own slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste.
